Arrived in line with 2 people in front of me. Person at counter took about 4 minutes to order. As they moved aside, the guy behind counter took a call. Told phone order they had 2 or 3 people ahead of them...could they wait? I thought "Great", I was here first and I appreciated that. Girl in front of me had phone-in order and was told that food would be ready shortly. She stepped aside and the guy told me he had to take the phone call. I mentioned I had been waiting and I was in line when he took that call, he said thats the way boss told me to do it. I said thanks and walked to Qdoba. Two days later, called manager in the morning, explained my issue and was told that was the way it was done. She didnt seem to understand I got that they needed to take phone orders but that blatantly taking them out of order in front of customers was bad business. Moral of the story: If you find yourself in long line at Five Guys, call in your order and cheat your way to the front.

Great food, good service but there is deffinitly an issue with their peanuts. Almost every peanut in their box has a little tiny hole on the side of it and the actual peanut is missing one of its nuts inside! Im thinking to myself so they come this way from the farm? The peanuts I get at Comerica Park when I go to a Tigers Game are perfect. Got to thinking and it must be either Rats or mice getting into their peanuts. If you dont believe me, get a tray of peanuts and look at it. You will see little bite holes in every single one. I dont think they cover the peanuts when they close at night. They either get them that way from the farm or the place is infested with rats and mice and they feast on peanuts all night long.

Love this place. Tasty burgers with your choice of toppings and fabulous fries. Great service. All of these other restaurants claim to have fresh cut fries but none of them come to Five Guys fries. Cut fresh and dropped right into the oil for golden deliciousness!! The fries here remind me of the fries that used to be able to get from the Michigan State Fair French fry stand!!

Best burgers around! I usually get a little bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and jalapeños with seasoned fries. Unless youre super hungry, I would only order 1 fry for 2 people because they essentially fill your bag with fries. :D And as if you needed any more food, theres fresh peanuts while you wait!

The burgers are awesome, and I only order burgers, because if you order fries it usually adds 5-10 minutes to your order and, "Aint nobody got time for that." But the dude hooked me up with some extra fries, which 5 guys makes them throw out because they want to give you "fresh fries".

worst restaurant/fast food place Ive ever been to. The service was horrible and their fries were half burnt and half undercooked. Their burgers were something my dad couldve made on a grill with plastic patties. I do not understand the hype over this whatsoever. Im very disappointed

Fast food. Yet it still is good food. They have reasonable prices. I have the Bacon Cheese Burger. It is heaps better than any other fast food McDonalds or Burger King. Yet a Burgers are overly oily, and the bacon tastes of cardboard.

For a great burger and fries this place is one of the best. Its all made in front of you and with good service. Large portion of very delicious fries and very filling burger. You can not beat a burger that has won multiple awards.

Delicious, simple concept. Only complaint is theyve have risen prices since opening, likely due to rising food costs, but for 2 burgers and one shared fry it will run about 18 to 20 dollars, definitely a middle-of-the-road eatery.

Great restaurant. Placed a large order of 25 double bacon burgers and 10 fries for a construction crew. They had it all done and ready to pick up in under 30 minutes. First time Ive spend over $200 at Five guys, lol!

Made our first visit when my nephew was visiting and its not "Fuddruckers" but they are really good burgers and the fries, O My. One person cant eat 1 serving, we share ours and still end up throwing some out.

Busy wait and lines during lunch hours. Waited 10 mins for just nothing but a regular fry because they forgotten about me. Something that takes 60 secs to do since the fries are already done behind them.

Very good no nonsense burgers fries and shakes. Fresh made with quality ground beef. Hand cut fries made from just potatoes. Creamy shakes in a dozen flavors and free peanuts. Whats else to say.

All the employees were very friendly and fun! Had fun, goofy conversation with the cashier that led to the kitchen guys also involved and was a great time on halloween. Great food as always.
