Ordered wild wings well done. When wings came out could see before server put wings on table it had no sauce on them. Asked server to have them shaken again (assure you they were not shaken the first time). Server brought back and they were cold and slimey not well done as I had asked and how the little crispy sticker that was placed on my basket read. Had about three of the ten wings. Four others I took one bite and set aside. Asked the server Josh if he could bring at least 3 more wings well done for the 7 I didnt eat. He said no problem. Brought back 3 more they were well done however 2 of the 3 were not edible. 1 had a broken bone and the other was a deformed leg. Very disappointed. Worst yet there was absolutely no sign of a manager working. I am currently a gm of a restaurant and am shocked that a manager would not have touched our table especially after having to twice redo an order. I never ever complain. As a matter of fact this is the first negative review I have ever done. I felt the need after how bad this experience was. Whomever is cooking needs to be made aware they are cooking chicken and could kill someone if not cooked long enough. My wings were borderline cooked long/hot enough and I ordered them well done. I feel sorry for those guests that didnt order them well done. They are surely in for a rough night. Even worse I went to fill out the survey they gave me at bwwlistens and it would not accept my survey code so I could not tell them how gross their wings were. Will not be coming back ever again.

It was busy for the Ohio state game which Im guessing thats normal. Our server was very over whelmed, I dont blame her for taking awhile to get drinks and our order. I blame the management because they should of staffed better. I understand people couldnt make or called off but theres always someone at every restaurant thats always open to making money. This part has nothing to do with the staff but the pricing is ridiculous, the beer specials are a joke.

Listen closely folks.....I love buffalo wild wings. I really do. However, I just ordered food from this location and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. My entire order was messed up, food was cold, wings tasted like they were cooked yesterday and worst of all I spent $30???? Don't go there please! If I can stop one person from going there I have done my job!

Well.... a place to carry-out order and giving a pick up time a 4:20 and I arrived five minutes late hoping to just run in and out butt it took an additional 20 minutes until my food was ready and there was literally not one other customer in there....

We usually pick up and food is done on time and is good. they always double check the order. I dont recommend eating in unless you are prepared for a lot of noise. There are usually a ton of kids at this location which is great if you have kids.

This place is the best for every thing. Fathers its a night out to watch a game and have a drink. A fun date night or place you can hang out with the family they got you covered. I have been a customer since the day it opened here in powell.

Waited over 10 minutes for sauce in a cup after I already ordered carry out because they didnt put enough sauce on my wings originally after I had ordered extra wet wings that were not altogether over an hour invested and cold food
