I wish there was a way to give zero stars. My husband tried to eat here on a quick lunch break from work and were treated by the most miserable individual I have ever met in my life. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Three people ordered and she was immediately frazzled. We waited 15 minutes before asking to be refunded since we were both due back at work shortly. The request was answered with attitude that she was trying to get everything done. There was no manager on duty so my refund couldnt be processed, my husband left his phone number because he could not wait around for a manager to show up any longer and we have yet to receive a call. I would recommend no one eats here, ever, unless you have an hour to wait for a burger and want to be completely disrespected. I will never give this place my business again.

Had an order delivered that was completely wrong as well as my food was cold and milkshake was melted and by the time it got to me they were closed so I couldnt call. I called the next day and spoke to the manager Megan who said it could be remade but not redelivered. Why would I want my food remade from the previous night and why cant it be redelivered? I asked for a refund and she said she didnt know how to do that and to call back in half an hour after speaking to the owner. Ive now called back 5 times with no answer.

Unfortunately, Ill never go back. We visited for our first time and was very disappointed. All of the staff that was working never paid attention to the customers. They were very concerned about talking with each other. They were not in a hurry at all. It wasnt busy and I ordered one kids meal. It took 20 minutes. As a business owner, I know the importance of customer service. This staff needs retrained or let go.

I expected just another mediocre burger joint, but it was fantastic to say the least. The burger was one of the best Ive had - I especially loved the sauce - but my favorite thing had to be the fries. They are my new favorite fries.Im about a two hour drive away from the nearest Flip Spot, but I would gladly go back to that mall and dine at Flip Spot again.

The service at this place is absolutely terrible. Its a real shame because the food is really good. But the amount of time that you have to wait for just 1 order really causes an attitude change by the time you receive what you have paid for. I suggest they keep better staffed throughtout the day. It would tremendously help their productivity.

I got the bacon cheeseburger & it was fantastic. Well worth the $6.50. The fries were pitiful though. I paid $3 for such a tiny pile of fries. Im used to "5 Guys" and their giant pile of fries. If I eat here again Ill forgo fries completely (or get them from somewhere else in the food court).

Ive been here about 5 times since they opened and they have some of the best tasting burgers Ive ever had! Very fresh and delicious! Love the flavors for the fries as well! Wish they would open one closer to Pickerington because we would go more often.

Terrible service. The workers are rude and slow. I had a very simple order and they screwed it up on every way. They took so long to make the first order I didnt have time to have them remake it. Needless to say I will never get food from here again.

Burgers manage to better than Five Guys (less greasy) and Smashburger (more of a grilled flavor). But geez, hardly worth a 20 minute wait where youre stuck standing there. If theres only two people working the grill, move on to something else.

The food is good but more often than not they literally have one human working during peak hours making for a long wait. Even if you get there with no line they wont make your food if they can take more orders after you. Very slow.

Be careful. Keep your receipt. I just noticed on my credit card statement that they charged me $20.00 for a meal that was under $12.00. I contacted my bank to correct this.

The service was horrible. The employees were arguing with each other and ignoring the customers. The food was over cooked and almost inedible. Will never eat here again.
