Awful experience every time I have gone, and I normally love Burger King. At this one, if youre lucky enough to get what you ordered, the food is most likely going to be cold or otherwise gross. The last straw was sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes listening to the cashier talk to her coworkers. Apparently when their microphone is active they cant hear the person in the car, because I was yelling by the end to no avail. Finally I pulled around to the window and the lady said "Oh.. can I help you?" Yes, you can help me and the 7 other cars in line behind me by doing your job instead of chitchatting. The icing on the cake? After all that hassle, I got home and MY ORDER WAS WRONG. Never again.

Horrible, completely unacceptable experience! First they tried to send us away from the drive-thru missing a sandwich. Then we get home not only to find my sandwich was not prepared properly...my daughters bacon cheeseburger deluxe had NO MEAT! NONE! They served a bun with mayo, tomato and a tiny bit of lettuce! We live 20 minutes away so we couldnt easily return to the restaurant. I tried calling them...their phone went to voicemail!!!!! Been waiting for a call from the manager for over 30 minutes now. One of the worst fast food experiences EVER!

Very poor service, did drive through and they upcharged us for a whole whopper meal (instead of whopper jr) and forgot to even give us our fish sandwich. We drove all the way back and asked for refund on fish and reduction in whopper meal, but they refused and manager was were very belligerent and rude and yelling the whole time. Called customer service and they said a district manager would follow up with us but never happened. Followed up twice with emails on their website and never got a response. very poor customer service.

Absolutely pathetic. We live right by this location and it is garbage. Not only do they ALWAYS screw up your order, its also left out too long and tastes horrible. Three times now, theyve gotten my order wrong and whatever they did get right tasted disgusting. The normally delicious chicken sandwich tasted like it had sat out for nearly two hours. There is a Wal-Mart right next to this location and let me tell you, this place is gonna get crushed when that place opens up. They better get their act together.

AVOID. Extremely slow. Not exaggerating - after waiting 30 minutes I decided to cancel my order and get a refund, then found out that they had not even started making it. Apparently after 10 minutes, the order gets deleted from their screen. So, since it took them so long to get to it, they had no way to know that I had even ordered anything. They were also making the people in the drive through pull around and come inside.

Really rude, slow, and disorganized. Female manager was rude to cashier in front of us. Ordered two milkshakes to go and were there for 15 minutes. Milkshakes were only half full and she got upset when we asked for whipped cream. One of the employees we had seen in the kitchen was smoking way out in the open when we left. The cashier was nice, at least (even if he did seem REEEAALLLLYYYY tired!)! Seriously dirty place, also...

Rating this two stars not for any reason specific to the location, but for the chain in general. Everything tastes like it is either grilled or fried on the same piece of equipment, so theres surprisingly little difference between the taste of chicken nuggets and the much-promoted Mac & Cheetos. Having said that, the location isnt much better - oddly slow service at a time when nobody is in line.

Avoid at ALL COST...the worst of the worst. If you do go through the drive-thru and they ask to to pull over and wait....DO NOT (they will forget about you). Service is extremely slow, disorganized, and unreliable. I hope the staff at least handles the food properly (taste alright). This BK location is sub-par and deserves 0 stars. I love BK and the King!

I dont know why I continue to go to this location. Smh.. Every time I go through the drive thru, my food is wrong, and I have to go inside anyways, most of the time the food is cold or tastes old. Always tastes like yesterdays leftovers. Management SUCKS!!!!! They need to fire everyone and start over

I walked in and the floor was so slippery I was skating in my tennis shoes. I alerted the manager and she ignored me, saying they cleaned it last night. Clearly there was a problem, maybe too much soap, but I would not suggest any seniors go in there. Lawsuit waiting to happen, Burger King!!!

Slow, dirty and dumb. This describes the employees. Your order is never right, especially going through the drive-thru. Make sure to check your order before driving off or you will be pissed when you open your bag to find out that they evidently cant read.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They open at 7 am, I rolled up the drive thru at 7:07, needed breakfast before volunteering. They said they were running late and that it would be another 10 minutes. Unreal.

The staff was kind, but all the fried food i received was over done/ burnt. They willingly redid the food, but the redo was still burned. Maybe the oil was too hot....bummer. I usually enjoy BK.
