This is the worst restaurant in Michigan. Ive had so many problems with this location. They have an extremely strict policy about not delivering past a certain point (1.5 miles I believe) I am not exaggerating, I live 0.01 miles past the limit, and they still wont deliver to my house. After today, I will never give this location my business again. I went in to pay for my pizza with United States currency, and the manager refused to serve me because I could only pay with a $100 bill. She said, "sorry, I cant take that, store policy" and pointed to a sign behind her. It said "We do not accept $100 bills, sorry for the inconvenience". I work really hard for my money. Why is it my problem that people are using fake $100s. Im paying with real money, and they wouldnt accept it. Also, Im not even joking, the manager has severe skin rashes going up both of her arms. It looks flakey, with scabs and pieces of dry skin everywhere. I probably wouldnt have been back for that reason alone. I dont want pieces of dead skin in my pizza. Everyone in the store has a really bad attitude, like they dont want to be there. And one last thing. The salad bar is gross. Its like they dont even care. Anyways, I wont ever be back. They permanently lost my business today, find another location.

No stars would be more accurate. Ordered a delivery at 830 p.m. at 930 I called to check on my order and I was told the driver was on his way. At 10:15pm my order finally showed up. Food was ice cold and the driver was mad I didnt want my receipt so decided to throw it on my side walk as he walked away. An hour and 45 min for pizza late on a Thursday is ridiculous. I will never spend a penny at this place again!

I got there a few minutes before my food was due to be ready. It wasnt done, so I sat down and waited. No one bothered to tell me it was good to go. I finally went up to the counter after about 30 minutes and it was sitting there. When I complained, the cashier didnt seem to care that an unhappy customer was leaving the store. I will not be back.

Really Bad Service Me and My Brother went there we were The Only People there They took Forever for the Pizza Too Come Out We had the Wait Almost An Hour and The Waitress Didnt Even Check on us if we needed anything we had Too wait so long for the Bill I Was About too Go Up too the Front Desk!

Had carry out from this location today and was served the worst pizza Ive eaten for as long as I can remember. Sauce and cheese were lacking and the taste was bland and indistiguishable as pizza. I will never order from this Pizza Hut, or any other Pizza Hut, again. HORRIBLE!

No notice about when the lunch buffet closes (1:30 pm) and staff obviously didnt want to be there. Waitress dropped menus and silverware on our table and turned to walk away without taking our beverage requests. Tables had not been bused or wiped - every table was dirty.

Pizza hut has mediocre pizza. This establishment has friendly staff and a clean lobby. The pizza is cooked well, theres just not much you can do about the weak sauce and corporate controlled portions to appease shareholders before customers.

I dont know if its all pizza huts or just this one, but we got pizza there tonight and it was pretty gross and very over priced. The pizza itself was very thin and flimsy and had barely any cheese on it. And for 2 large pizzas its was $27.

Delivery driver shows up wanting cash, when I paid for order with credit card. Then manger tells me credit card didnt go through, didnt get a phone call telling that before the food showed up.

Only 4 tables had people. 2 waitreses and we didnt even get aknowledged in 20 minutes. We had to walk out. Too bad so many dont understand importance of customer service.

I called wont deliver 1 mile away and I ask nice if they could be cause the one on hall Rd wont. And the one on vandyke sucks and never have any deliver drivers

Everyone here is very friendly! $10 large carryout anyway you want it! Best price in town, and THE BEST hand tossed pizza ♡ The service is also VERY Good : )
