Ordered here 2 times before deciding never to get from here again. First time I had order one pizza with bread the pizza was all over the box and completely destroyed because I respect my min wage friends I didnt think much of it because it was still good. My second time I ordered just a pizza about an hour 45 mins before closing I was patient when all that time had passed so I called to find out where my food was had to call many times before I spamed there phone (called and hung up after a few rings)to when they answered and hung up so I called one more time finally answered with an attitude saying they were closed I knew this and ask about my pizza I ordered long ago then finally heard my door bell ring so I said hey nevermind that might finally be him he directly hung up on me I answered the door he pretty much tossed the pizza at me and ran away before I could tip him, even though he obviously didnt earn it I brought it inside to find out my 20 dollar pizza was cold so I heated it up in the microwave never ordering here again to many places around here to deal with that.

They deliver my pizza to a different address where the people tell them they didnt order pizza. Didnt bother to call me and ask for the correct address. I waited over an hour, tried calling them at 5 minutes past their closing time and they dont pick up the phone. I call them today to complain and the manager rudely tells me a 5 dollar credit is all they can offer me. Extremely poor customer service. *update* In response to owner: I have the times I called on my phone if you would like to see them. I have screenshots I could send you. I called at 11:20 to order, called back at 12:14 and 12:15 (no answer) waited until after 12:30. Im willing to change the review if you make it right. Good customer service gets good reviews.

We love coming to this Passport Pizza. The food is great and they go way out of their way to accommodate their customers. We also order from this location for parties, funerals and special occasions. One time we had a request for peanut butter sandwiches as part of a sandwich tray for the grandchildren of the diseased at a funeral and even though they do not offer peanut butter sandwiches they went next door to the grocery store and got all the fixings and made them up for us. Crusts cut off and all. They do a fabulous job and their prices are great too. I can not recommend Passport Pizza on Garfield at Canal more highly. They are the best!!

I worked here for several years and even now to this day I wont order pizza from anywhere else. Back when I worked there, and still now, the staff works hard to make sure everything meets a customers expectations. And when they dont, its made right. The owner is very sweet and very involved with daily operations. Im really now only reviewing because I seen some bad reviews which arent deserved. I know how hard the people there work, and it really shows by the quality of food.

VERY_GOOD deep dish pizza_ CONSISTENTLY GOOD deep dish pizza_ the 19 mile and schoenherr location employees have always been very cordial and delivery people on time and nice._ never forgot items for delivery- pizza always hot. crust is crisp and evenly browned_ tastes home made with fresh ingredients_ SEE PICS from large pizzas ordered Nov 5 2016. Fair prices 4 Excellent qualiity_ i recommend_ order in person_ over internet_ over phone_

Let me preface this by saying that I work in pizza, and love pizza. I only ever order from this place because theyre open really late. They have forgotten things, taken over an hour to get to me, and their delivery guys are kind of...not great. Theyve had to credit me several times for their mistakes. I wish any other pizza place was open until 2.

Great food! Ive been coming here for about 3 months now and the food is always great. One girl with purple/blue and brown hair seems to always be there every time and she always is so happy and the pizza she makes is excellent and looks so perfect. I wont go anywhere else!
