Just keeping it real with my Black People. Nephew insisted that this is the place for Soul Food. The Chicken was Super Dry. The Black Eye Peas was not fully cooked. Not trying to knock my Black People for having a Business. This was my first time going there. It smelled funny inside the establishment, thats all I can say. Cant remember the smell, Just lil odd to me. Another thing, I left the food out overnight in the foam container. My mom is from the South, early 80s She said what you go do with that food. Basically she was saying it was spoiled and I smelled and said the same thing. Some people say I have a iron stomach, That food ran thru me. Thats not good. I see a lot of people up there so is it me or the food, You call it. Once again I would say( whos) cooking the food the day before or whatever. CALL IT

My last few experience has been Better Because the customer service over the phone was horrible and very rude dont know whos answering the phone and taking orders now but I must say shes much better then the one before and food is awesome and very reasonable keep up the good work

I love the food here but whats even better is the service! The darker shorter lady (I have to learn her name) shes usually ringing customers in the evening... she has a very professional and sweet demeanor, and is always smiling and getting people in and out quickly!!

I never leave reviews but I lOVE me some Lape. The dressing and yams are the BOMB. Sometimes the girl who answers the phone can be a little rude, and sometimes its hard to get through but the food is so good I dont trip.

My turkey chops was dry af not to mention only one chop had meat on it the rest was fried crisp meat loaf was half done and didnt taste right. Only thing was decent was there sides exclude cabbage it was sweet
