When my husband and I arrived at the store there were two people waiting for their meals; and it looked like they had been there a while. It was hard to hear in the store since the music was playing so loudly. The signage didnt fully describe the choices available to us, and when I ordered the Fish sandwich meal I was asked which ONE side I wanted. I asked it only comes with one side, the counter girl said yes, so I ordered broasted potatoes and a pint of coleslaw so my husband and i could share the coleslaw. When I ordered I was erroneously looking at the lunch menu, which stated it included a drink, but the counter girl said that is only until 4:00 PM. Then when our meal was ready, the other woman working there told me that in the future, I dont need to order an extra cole slaw since our meals come with a side cole slaw. I said I specifically questioned about that, and she said oh . There was no offer to remove the unnecessary pint cole slaw from my bill or my order. Just the word to the wise for my future visit --not thinking that is going to happen anytime soon; which is a shame because the food actually tasted good.

What an experience!! I ordered 2 meals, the guy behind ordered 4 meals, and a call in order after the guy. The call in order picked up her meal, the the guy with 4 meals got his and recieved mine after the guy. Im not sure if they hate my company logo on my shirt or what, but the experience and food will be unforgettable. If you want to be descriminated against, i would highly recommend this place.

Food is great. Get ready to wait just to order and then some. Horrible attitude at the counter. The owners must work the counter since they treat you like they are to good for you. 5 visits later and still same. I go to the other locations just for the great service. I hope this changes. Next step is call corporate. We deserve better service.

Service sucks cooks act like they dont care very poorly managed. All tables were dirty had to wipe one off my self. Then after I get my food 20 minutes later the employee comes over and starts to spray chemicals on the tables so now Im huffing cleaner while Im trying to eat. Will not be back to any of the chicken shacks again.

Eating chicken shack Royal Oak for years. Loved it. Just went to Clinton twp. Location. Not great. 12 dollars for 4 piece meal with 1 side and a roll. Waited 10 minutes to order 1 person in front of me. Got meal asked if they put cole slaw in...they forgot. Home now no roll. Chicken small as ever. 12 dollars really??

They never get my order right. I have had to go back 5 times in 2 months. When you call in an order the music in the background is so loud you have to keep repeating your order. Im threw going here . KFC gets it right at have the price. And its 10 times faster.

Order took forever due to lack of staff. Poor girl in the front was working her butt off and the rest of them could care less. Wasnt impressed with my potatoes, really could have been better and my shrimp was blah. Live and learn.

Nice new store but similar to their other stores, the cost is high and the chicken pieces are extremely small. I will say the taste has always been consistently great but getting very difficult justifying the cost.

Ordered carry out and our food was sitting there while my boyfriend waited 10 minutes for them to give him our food and they left our carry out boxes open. We will no longer be ordering from this chicken shack.

I ordered ribs could not believe how expensive they were. 1 slab. And two sides. And a half slab and 2 sides. $ 49.00. Could of had dinner at a nice resturant. ..... next time I will !!!!!
