I was starving last night and drove 15 minutes to get some food from this store. Arrived there at 11:50. The store officially closes at 12:00am. Manager Travis Tucker rudely told me they couldnt serve me, and that "its 12:00 on their clock". At that moment, it was 11:54pm on my car clock and 11:55pm on my cell phone. He was busier counting money and chatting with the other sales associate/server, instead of attending to a starving faithful customer! I found that completely unacceptable! If ur closing at 12, u should take order until 12, then start counting ur money after that! Otherwise, tell us ur closing at 11:30 or 11:50 so we wont dare drive to ur windows! Besides, what did u plan to do with the leftover chicken Mr Travis Tucker? Take it home?

The evening staff on the weekend is very rude and always seem to forget something that I have ordered and I have to check my bag and pull in the parking lot to retrieve it. And I usually have to wait on the spicy chicken which they seem to run out of often. Think I am going to try the new Bojangles, since they do not need my patronage to stay open.

Served old chicken. Normally I eat at the one on Hwy . 78 but today I visited the Lavista Rd. Location. If you looked at my plate most of the food was still on or in the basket. I didnt want to complain but I decided to put it here. I want visit this location again.

We have a big family. I ordered a 16 piece with sides and a 8 piece with sides. Total came to $53 and some change. Went to pay with my card and was told that the most they could charge was $26. The rest would have to be cash. I went to Bojangles.

Very nice love going to places that give me wonderful service as I would give them if the shoe were on the other foot. Fresh tasteful food, no long wait, no attitudes just great service all the way. Everyone deserves a raise.

Called to make sure they were open at ten, and an employee said they were. Showed up at 10:20am to pick up lunch for later and the doors were locked, no staff in sight and chairs still on the table. Bad business.

Service is rude and obnoxious. I keep wondering if they train people at the window that way because day in day out - they are that way. I think I will go to the one on claremont - unless this is Popeyes
