I went to this location since it was the closest Subway to my house. I went at around 10 a.m. to try their breakfast menu. The workers were in deep conversation so I had to stand there and wait to be served. I was the only customer in the store and it was later in the morning, they did not have ice in the machine, the iced tea was not made yet, and my hash browns were microwaved! My breakfast was terrible, my hash browns were soggy and gross, and I had to stand there another 10 min waiting for the tea to brew! The subs are good at this location but the employees do very little in the way of customer service!!!

This is the frist time I have been to this subway believe me I have been to many others but the subway in 9 mile and telegraph is the best one ever I recommend you to go to it there is awesome service the frist time I went there the line was very long I thought I would probably stay there for along time but I was shocked beacuse the line was going very fast and I even had enough time to eat my lunch and get back to my job on times.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. Would go there since it was the closest to my office. Over the past month, at one time or another, they have been out of: Italian Bread(often) Wheat Bread Garlic Bread 9 Grain Honey Oat Bread Vinegar and Oil(really?) Oven Roasted Chicken Sweet Onion Chicken Dont go there during lunch hours and expect to get what you want.

Customer service is a joke here. 11 a.m. on a Tuesday and Im the only person in the shop. The workers talk loudly in their native language and ignore me.
