Very Disgusted. I usually dont write any reviews but I would be doing a serious disservice. This place needs a serious health inspection. Our waitress was very rude and was rushing my husband and I to order. Then comes the GNATS AND FLIES. It must be commonplace because the workers and even the manager seemed not to be bothered by them. My Cole slaw was gross, my husbands salad had a hair in it. My wine had to be sent back due to a gnat being in it. I had to ask her three times just to get a drink of water. When I finally got my water guess what? A gnat in there too. When they brought out our food the biggest fly ever appeared and sat right on the sugar container next to my husbands food. His cottage fries were cold. The waitress felt them and said well its hot in the middle... Like really? We ended up leaving everything right there on the table. They were too comfortable with all the flies and gnats. My husband killed one with a napkin just to show them. Im just absolutely floored that no one else has complained. Even the ladies room had gnats all over the mirror. Im just utterly disgusted. My stomach turned and I completely lost my appetite. Do Better, Bone yard for your other customers. But unfortunately my husband and I will not be returning.

They are cheap & decieving. I orderd a chicken dinner with MAC & CHEESE. Someone please tell me why they tried to sneak kraft mac & cheese in my carryout meal. When I called to complain I was told that my meal would be replaced but the REAL mac & cheese would not be in for a week. Two weeks later I call to redeem my meal & the owner told me he could redeem the mac & cheese only. I think the meal all together was like $10-12.00. Despite the deception, inconvenience, & the week long wait they still did not want to replace my meal despite what I was told when I originally complained. They obviously have some issues staying in business if they cant cover a $10 meal & serving grown people kraft mac & cheese. Its really sad & I hope people that care about the food they eat & the service they recieve dont eat here. Hell, they probably serving expired food if they would do some decieving stuff like that?? This is my first & only review ever written on anyone. So u can imagine how upset they made me. If u want REAL soulfood in this area u gotta go to Detroit. Im going on yelp to write the same thing too.

I went here last night (Wednesday, 5/6/15) for the "Famous" Ribs. It might be the worst rack of ribs Ive ever tried to eat. They were so tough and dry that I couldnt get the meat off the bone with my teeth. I literally needed a steak knife to CUT the meat off the bone. By the time I ate half the rack my jaw was getting sore from how chewy they were, and my hand was starting to ache from how hard I had to saw with my knife to cut them. I gave up and left the other half of the rack, then picked up a burger from Mcdonalds on my drive home. I will not be going back. I gave it two stars because my friend said her steak was pretty good, and the greek salad was good as well. Service was fine; quick and attentive. But overall I wish I went to Applebees.

Ill preface this by saying that I am a Texan, and therefore, I am very opinionated about BBQ. The southwestern chicken was cooked over a gas flame, and anything that it not cooked over wood charcoal cannot be called BBQ where I come frome. Additionally, steak is not served at BBQ restaurants so that was weird to see steak on the menu. The BBQ sauce tasted like a cherry vinegarette, and when we came in, we were led to a table where the waitress took our food order. At BBQ places, youre supposed to order food right when you come in, and all the meat and sides are supposed to be on a counter behind sneeze guards. If you like Texas, Tennessee, or Carolina style BBQ, this will not satisfy you at all.

Eating at the boneyard was so amazing! Every heart there welcomed you from the entrance to the time they finished serving you. They were very pleasant and professional, they made sure that everyone that was in your party was satisfied with what they ordered from the menu. The food was very delicious, it was brought to the table hot and in a timely manner, their specialty ribs was tender with every bite, the broasted chicken was juicy and tasted very fresh. I recommend that the next time you are in this part of time, dont just pass by, come in sit down to good hospitality and enjoy a meal fit for a queen or a king! :)

A good BBQ joint, but has declined in quality over the past few years for some reason. I usually get the big boneyard burger, and yet on my most recent visit, I found myself wondering if I should ever get it again. I remember it being juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Now, and the past few occasions, its been dry, tough, and bland. The wing dings were decent, and taste better with the BBQ sauce on them. I also had fried shrimp, which I believe was fried a bit too hard, and had too much batter on them. I havent given up on these folks, but some things need their attention. Service was nice though.

I asked the man behind the counter who appeared to be the owner if the boneyard burger was good. He appeared to be offended. I then told him that it was my first time coming. He quickly changed his attitude. I felt that my food would be handled better considering i told this gentleman that. He told the cooks nothing and my burger was dry and the potatoe slices were greasy. It was all still good but it definitely could have been a lot better if the chef cared more about the food. Also the BBQ sauce was to watery.

Ok food with a few subtle flaws. The cottage fries are delicious if ate while hot. If you wait grease builds up and they become more soggy than regular fries. The bbq chicken was dry which is harder for dark meat which is usually juicier. For a moment i thought i was eating a breast. The flavor was ok though. The perch was the best part of my meal. Staff were friendly. Looking forward to trying other dishes. Good lunch specials also.

The Bone Yard was a fantastic dinner experience for my wife and I. The service was great, there was so much food it was falling off the plate and it was all delicious! The ribs and chicken were awesome and the steak was so well seasoned and cooked to a T! The only complaint was having just 6 beers on the menu, all of which sucked. For such an awesome meal, they should get some better adult beverages to be served.
