This review is based more on service than it is going to quality and taste of the food. I ordered my meal online at the Southfield, MI location 15 minutes before I arrived and when I got there my foot was not ready. As a matter fact, the girl who was there had no clue that this order was waiting. I only ordered two sandwiches. The girl who was working there laughed it off as if it was a joke that I had drove up there to expect my food ready and she hadnt done it yet. I had to leave because I have to go somewhere else to get food for children. I got back 10 minutes later, got my food, and asked how much a Tea costed. She didnt even know how much it costed, so either she gave me the tea as a courtesy for bad service or simply because she didnt know the cost of it which likely will cost her job. When ordering online just make sure you call before you actually get there to make sure your order was taken properly and timely so you dont have to wait.

Pretty good chain sub shop - holds its own against Quiznos and is comparable in terms of quality, for slightly less money. The "Bigs" are decent size, though obviously not as big as Subway footlongs. Really like the store-baked oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies (only way it couldve been better was hot out of the oven). Hot peppers are legitmiately hot, unlike JJs, and are practically a must if you get the Italian or roast beef subs.

Gourmet subs at a not so gourmet price. My coworkers and I come here every week for lunch, always a good experience. The manager works just as hard as the other workers and is very friendly. Highly recommended!
