I am so disappointed in the service I received at this business. I came in midday and ordered the steak and egg special which reads: meal is served with: 2 eggs, grits, pancakes or hash browns and toast. I read this as the only choice item being pancakes or hash browns especially since our waitress did not provide clarity when asked. Ill come back to this momentarily. During our visit I asked for: Orange Juice, Ketchup, Toast, and salt and pepper which all NEVER arrived we never got a refill on the drink we did order I was beyond upset by the time the bill came. When the bill came we had been charged for our grits I asked why and the MANAGER replied the commas tell you that the grits are not included in this meal, I let her know we would not have ordered grits had we known they were extra she sd well you ate them didnt you. I gave her a little bit of advice if all of it is optional it should read: meal served with 2 eggs and your choice of: grits, pancakes, hash browns or toast and ensure the waitresses know the difference. I was so frustrated I just paid and left I will never go back

Horrible place to eat at. Waited 5 minutes to be greeted and brought menus. Food came rather quickly but the pork chops had a funny taste to them. Next round of pork chops still had the funny taste like the gravy was burnt at the bottom of the pan. Mac n cheese had a piece of hair from someone beard in it. Lady came over I guess manager with a super funky attitude. Tried to take my sides and plates without even asking if I wanted something else or to compensate me for my troubles nothing. She acted like I went in the back and cooked my own food this way. Finally ended up with chicken to go since I had no other choice because of prepaying with Groupon. I asked for a piece of cheesecake since I was there a 1.5 hours and got nothing. They cant do it. Terrible waste of my 70 degree day. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!

This place is terrible!! The customer service was the absolute worst! I ordered a turkey bacon BLT with an egg over medium. When I get home I seen that they pilled a bunch of old "pork" bacon. So I called the store and they were so rude and mean when they made the mistake. They never apologized. They told me I have to bring the sandwich back and they would make me another one. I was omw to work and they wanted me to take the sandwich with me to work and bring it when I get off to get my refund. When I got there they were so ghetto and rude. It was just over all terrible. Overall, bad food and even worst service. Everyone from my job and family has had a problem and never went back. I wish I would have listened...

The food was okay, and the staff was very unfriendly. They didnt have any change when I came in, and messed up my order, so i had to go back out wait for my order. I left and came back, and when I gave them change, they gave me back extra change! I tried to explain his mistake, but they guy seemed annoyed with me so I gave up, took my order and left. The food wasnt anything special, and the staff annoyed me so much i promised to NEVER go back. Oh, and they only accept cash, so you cant use a credit or debit card.

Stopped to grab some breakfast with the hubby. I ordered a omelette with sausage and hashbrowns. I was told the did not have any potatoes ready and then told there was no sausage. So I settled on pancakes with eggs and bacon. The eggs smelled funny, the bacon smelled spoiled and the pancakes had a funny taste. My husband had chicken and waffles. .his waffles tasted funny as well. It almost tasted like they were prepared with sour milk. Will never go back!!

Terrible Customer Service, my orders have been consistently incorrect. Rude Management to the customers as well as rude servers. Food has been burnt, pancakes were undone and eggs were undone rather than scrambled. We have so many problems with this company that I had to warn others, Do not waste your appetite on their burnt, wrong meals. Also, dont bother with the Groupon half the time there is some stilpulations to the coupon.

Ive had several different meals at Enjoy, and I have to say everything that I have had there is fantastic, The Shrimp and grits amazing,the chicken and waffles are fingerlicking good, I havent had sweet potato pie that taste that good since my grandmas and the peach cobbler will make your tongue slap your teeth, the prices are very affordable and the staff makes everyone feel comfortable,and welcome.

The food would rate 5 stars however you can bet your life theyll be out of at least one of the things you want today it was grilled chicken and french fries at 1 in the afternoon-on a Monday! Management really needs to step in to make sure when they place orders theyll have enough food to supply their demand. The food is great when its actually available.

I cant believe how inexpensive this place is!!! $7.49 for Grilled Chicken Omelette with Hash Brown (as of 12/2014). THEY EVEN HAVE SHRIMP & GRITS!! WOW! We were greeted at the door with a GENUINE smile by all the staff. This continued throughout the course of the meal. The food was very good, a lot for the buck and I highly recommend this restaurant

This is a great soul & food restaurant. I really enjoy the turkey ribs,chops, & spaghetti. All the sides are cooked with turkey which is very important 2 me. The host/servers are very good an about your business. Brianna you done good! It's a nice place to bring your friends & family. I know they will enjoy 2 !! Believe me. Mike !!

This was my first experience. My husband and I were on our way to the gun range and happened upon this restaurant. Mya was our waitress and is one of the best Ive come across.The service was excellent. The food presentation was wonderful and taste is off the chain!! This is a definite keeper in our GPS. ;-) See you next week.

Horrible service!!!! I been here four times. Three times Ive had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was in the restaurant. Ive listen to stories from the wait staff about their personal lives, not even concerned with taking my order. Im sorry come again.. NEVER AGAIN.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was comfortable. There was a nice crowd and everyone was nice. Although the food was good, the service wasnt. It was slow. We hunted down a waitress for silverware. She never came back to the table to check on us or refill our coffee/water.

Today was my first visit at enjoy again. I had Turkey Chops, greens and yams. The food and service was awesome ! Shay shay was our server and she was as nice and pleasant as can be. Also the prices are very reasonable and they give you plenty of food. This is a must go to spot !

My wife and went for Sunday dinner. The Hostess did not want to seat us. It took 12 minutes before we were served. Ask for a pepsi and it was given in a filthy glass! Needless to say we went Motor City soul food in Oak Park for our Sunday dinner. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
