Ive worked in a lot of kitchens, repairing the HVAC equipment, walk-in coolers, water heaters, etc. Im pleased to report that The Pantry Restaurant has the cleanest kitchen that Ive ever seen. The only other kitchen which compared to the Pantry, regarding cleanliness was Dollys Pizza on 25 Mile Road and Van Dyke, but that business is no longer there. Having seen what goes on in many kitchens, I dont eat out much, but, I absolutely have no reservations going to the Pantry Restaurant in Washington Township. Besides the fact that the kitchen is very clean, the food is fantastic and the owner works with his family. They are very friendly and good people. Washington is lucky to have them!

We came in on a Sunday at 1030. There was only about a 10 minute wait which was great! Unfortunately, after we got sat we waited for about 15 minutes to get a drink other than water. Once we ordered, it took more than an hour to get our food and once it came the order was wrong! While eating we had to ask for refills on drinks multiple times. But the bill came immediately! (No surprise there!) We stood in line to pay for another about 10 minutes and there was no apology for the lack of service! I most likely will not return for a while seeing as the people who sat next to us was going through the same exact issues. Very disappointed!

This is my favorite place to go for breakfast. As my husband will attest, they serve a great lunch as well. I cant seem to get past the breakfasts! During peak times, there WILL be a wait. Ive never waited more than 20 minutes. But once seated, Ive always found the service to be good. The servers are almost always very attentive and will tell you if there is going to be an extra long wait. If youre ordering the apple pancake (delicious!!), anticipate a 15-20 minute wait. But the atmosphere is light and friendly so just sit back and enjoy your coffee. Its worth the wait!

Delicious! I travel well over an hour just to go to this place. It is worth the drive. Some reviews are saying that it takes some time to get the food but it is so worth it. Often times they will let you know it is going to be a bit of a wait. The baked apple pancake is amazing. I only get to go a couple of times a year because of the drive but if I am going to be heading that way even remotely I make sure to give time to eat here. The staff is always friendly and doing the very best they can to rush to get the orders in.

Well I can start by saying it took over an hour and a half to get my food and I didnt even get all my food. The owner was very angry at me cuz I let her know my order was not brought out to my table complete and she said it would be out in 5 minutes. About 30 minutes later she walks by my table without my food. We were there over 2 hours and my girlfriend had to leave for work without eating.My waitress Taylor was very rude too. I would not recommend this dump to any one. So disappointing.

Alright imma be real here this place is ok. BUT the thing is that I was ordering a cheeseburger and wanted to add a side order of Dino chicken nuggets as well. I understand that the nuggs are for kids but the thing is I was already ordering a burger so Id be paying more money, its not like I was trying to just get a cheaper meal. Alas, I was told I cannot do that for a reason only God knows why.

I went to pick up my carry out today and it will be the last time we eat here. The set up is terrible and walking down that long narrow aisle way Jam packed with people with your arms full is close to impossible. The side of ranch had a yellowish tint and tasted sour. EW. I got the michaels creation sandwich and the meat on that also tasted like they should have tossed it a few days ago.

Very long wait for an OK meal. I got a Hani and fries. They gave me like 10 fries. Maybe some fell off the plate on the way to me? Wife got firecracker omelette, it was good. I would go 4 stars if the service could keep up with how busy it was. All said and done it took over 2 hours from when we arrived (11:15) to when we paid our bill.

Good enough food, but not worth a 40+ minute wait for breakfast/lunch. Party of 4 took far longer to get a waitress and get our food than expected, especially with little kids. Wifes food was messed up in the kitchen and took an additional 10 minutes, but was comped voluntarily. Would not choose to back here with kids.

The worst service I have ever experienced. 40 min for a single order of crepes. The food is good. But the wait and service really kills it. 30 years in business has created an egotistical company that feels that their reputation makes you beneath them. I suggest boycotting this bushes until they learn better practice.

Great food! Great Atmosphere. Wonderful family owned business by a family that knows what quality and service are all about. I had the Michaels Creation sandwich and it was great. Also tried the Dutch Baby pancake, the bacon and the waffles and all of them were stellar. Come eat here!

Food is always great, slow to get but they tell you on the front door. service is hit and miss. weekends are usually busier but better service in our experience, probably because they want to flip tables quicker. try the apple pancake just once so you can say you did.

Excellent food with very tasty dishes. Some of the dishes take extra time because of how they are prepared but this is noted on the menu. Try the Apple pancake but plan to split it with someone. Friendly staff - overall a great place.

usually got delivery during school and everything was perfect, unfortunately 2 days in a row I waited for over an hour, the 2nd day they even forgot about us! Didnt offer a discount either, thankfully I got my military discount.

Food is decent at best, wait is unreal. Even when nobody is in there it takes forever and good luck getting a waitress to come back to your table. Too bad, this place used to be pretty good. Took a nosedive.

Delicious food! Great atmosphere! It says on the front door to allow at least 30 mins for food, so if you are expecting fast food service then go to a fast food restaurant. Totally worth the wait. Bravo!

Very close quarters. The bacon was salty and very greasy, the service was poor - 3 items "forgotten" in 2 orders. Not a very enjoyable experience. EVERYTHING is better at the Hall Rd location.

The oven puffy pancakes here are legendary. I enjoy the savory vegetable cheese one, not sweet. The strawberry salad was beautiful & delish, if you add chicken, I prefer it warm grilled, not cold.

Fantastic food just as good as home cooked might wait about 30 mins for it if you go during busy hours (generally 9:30am and later) but otherwise its good and worth the wait in my honest opinion.
