There was a problem with thier POS system and could not process my debit card. They asked that we go to an ATM to get cash to pay for our meal. I felt that was unacceptable. I asked the manager to speak to my bank to verify the problem was on thier end and not a problem with my account. Even after speaking to my bank they still denied the problem was thiers. I left my drivers license and told them I would be back to settle up once they had thier computer operating correctly . The manager followed me to my car with the owner on the phone who proceeded to also tell me that the problem was my card and I needed to find an ATM and pay immediately. This was horrible customer service. I left my drivers license, phone number and the name of the hotel we were staying. It was obviously a problem on thier end if my bank could not even see what charge they were attempting to process. Asking a customer to find an ATM, and pay the cash withdrawal fees for a problem that was thiers seemed unacceptable. And the owner asking the manager to follow me to my car was over the top even after I had provided all my contact information and spent 45 minutes waiting for them to restart thier computers, speak to my bank, and numerous attempts to run my card with my bank on the phone telling them it was thier POS system not communicating with the bank!!! Food was adequate. Customer service skills ZERO. Dont go unless you have cash!!!!

Happy hour is the best priced and longest running in Chelsea. I believe it runs from noon to around 6 or 7 PM. Several beers for a cheap price. $4 Captain Morgan, Smirnoff, Jose Cuervo, and Jim Beam. They pour strong drinks, basically youre paying $4 for a double. Food wise its pretty good. Some of their entree items are a bit pricey for the area but the sandwiches are all reasonably priced. They bring in fresh ingredients, make their own bread, etc... If you take that into account on their entrees then theyre fairly priced. If youre going in with Applebees pricing as an expectation then youll feel its over priced. I generally get the sandwiches as theyre great. At lunchtime they also offer brunch specials and their omelettes are some of the best Ive had. Much of the menu is spicy as it seems they have several latino kitchen workers. So although they dont offer Mexican entrees they do have several menu items that have some latin influences and are often cooked with chipotle or jalapenos. The Cubano is an absolutely amazing sandwich if you like a little spice. So yeah, its a decent place.

My husband and I have been several times in the last 3 or 4 months. We have taken others there with us as well. I think the prices are very fair - especially the happy hour from noon - 7 with well liquors like Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, etc. The bartender makes an awesome dirty martini. I have tried the specials as well as regular menu items. One special I was particularly fond of as well as our guest (she got the same thing as I did) was the Salmon with glazed onions. Very large portions (and trust me, I dont eat like a mouse) and the price was great (it was like $16 bucks I think - other places in Chelsea this meal would be $23 bucks) I must say we mostly sit at the bar and our service has been great at the bar and satisfactory at the tables. We will be back and with friends.

I have to say this was the worse service I have ever had. There was no one in the restaurant during our visit (3:30 pm) We sat outside. It took the waitress a considerate amount of time to wait on us. She said she was busy cashing people out. There was absolutely not one customer in the place. She seldom checked on us and when she finally did she said she was late waiting on us because two people had called in sick. Once again - the restaurant was empty. I normally do not complain and I certainly praise good service but this was definitely poor service.

Definitely not the same place before the fire. My wife and I have tried it three times dinning in. We were hopeing to see the same service as before the fire. Three times and we struck out all three. Not friendly at all and food is over priced for what you get. Hours of Operation says open till Ten During the week . The employees tell you the shut down at 9:30 pm. Finally tried carry out no better on the service. Lots of rudeness , Will not be back Sorry

We have had several very slow dinner services at this establishment. Tonight we were seated and then waited for over twenty minutes, trying to get the waitstaffs attention to begin the process of ordering our drinks. We left before anyone made it to our side of the dining room. Food is decent. Lunch service has never been an issue. Avoid in the 6-8pm time frame of you are in any hurry whatsoever, or hungry.

Food was mediocre. Prices were outrageous for what you got. Not very kid friendly, limited kids menu and expensive. $6 for a grilled cheese and some fries, not worth it. My French dip was dry and lacked flavor, which is tough to accomplish when the point of a sandwich is to dunk it in au jus. Our server was nice enough but i got the feeling by her body language that every request was an annoyance.

Went on a Friday, and the service was terrible. I know they were busy, but it was Friday - didnt they think some people might be stopping by for dinner? We waited for over 45 minutes, and all we got in that time was flat beverages that we couldnt replace because the waiter never came back to our table. I dont know how the food is - we got tired of waiting for it and left. Will not go again.

Food was good. There were 2 tables of 2 people when we walked in at 11:45. No host or wait staff out front. They were all back in the kitchen so it took 2 or 3 min to even get noticed. Took longer than I expected to get the food on account of there being no one in here. But they catered to my needs and the food was good. Coffee was good. Waitstaff was okay.

I enjoy their sandwiches here. They have some standard ones and then a couple unique ones like the Cubano and then the Fat Bastard. The bread is fresh and you can tell they use fresh quality ingredients on them. Entrees can be rather pricey depending on the item but you cant go wrong with their sandwiches. Their pulled pork quesadilla is very good too.

Decided to try this place because I was nearby shopping. Wasnt very impressed at all, it was quite over priced in my opinion. I ordered the dish that had zuccini & feta cheese, and it was decent but not a $20 plate. Salad was extra and the caesar salad was just a garden salad with caesar dressing on it. I would go back if the prices were a little less.
