Perspectives Of Troy
I have ordered from Potbellys in Troy occasionally for working lunch meetings and all have been good experiences. Easy to order, delivery on time, etc. This time, however, could have been a terrible experience if not for Clayton at the Troy Crooks Road location. BEFORE the delivery was late, he called me to tell me that the order would be late, apologized and provided me with an estimated time. When I called a half an hour later to see what what going on--I had 11 hungry folks in the meeting waiting for lunch-he apologized again and said that the order was ready, but the driver hadnt arrived. Clayton then called me to tell me the order was on the way. I did not have to ask to speak with a manager, because Clayton already did and provided excellent compensation. He then followed up TWO MORE TIMES to apologize and get my email address to send a corrected receipt. I hope for Potbellys sake that they know what an amazing customer service person they have in Clayton. Thanks to Clayton, the food tasted better and this was the best experience at Potbellys that I have ever had.

I could go on forever about this place. They are absolutely phenomenal. Not only is the food delicious and fresh, but the customer service is top-notch. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The employees are always super happy and friendly but it’s easy to tell why. It’s because the manager is an awesome guy. The inside is clean and well taken care of and he truly cares about his customers. Love, love, love this Potbelly’s.

Live musican at lunch time during the week thats awsome. Beautiful girls to make your sandwhich plus awsome variety of drinks and milkshakes plus good icecream and cookies. Great big salads fast service and tastes great. Very reasonable prices too. Parking is bad at lunch. Only negative. I could eat their for days and days.

I walked in the cold to try this restaurant out for the 1st time. I sat at my desk and my sandwich was warm all the way through and my soup was still hot. I love the taste of the sandwich and the soup. To top it off my food was already ready when I picked it up. I am highly impressed!

Worst experience ever $2.33 for a bottle of water really when it costs you .40 or less a bottle givr me a break. Sandwiches are okay but not worth the price. The line was jacked and confusing for everyone in it. Youll never see me again and Ill never recommend it.

Food and service were good. I thought the sandwich was light on the meat. Music was good but it was a little on the loud side when ordering. I had to speak up so staff could hear me when talking to them.
