I have came here 3 different times, never got the order correct all 3 times and the waitress I am to believe she is not experienced enough and needs some more training. As a non experienced myself, it is common sense that when someone ask for something on the side and it is put on the whole thing and you bring the food out and the customer tells you this was suppose to be on the side and the waiter sates I knew that too when I grabbed the plate, you hand the plate back to the cook and you let the cook know, you dont take the plate to the customer and try and get away with it; so when the customer says that you say okay, I appologized take the plate and get that order fixed not just bring out an extra basket of fries "encase the other fries get too soggy" Terrible waitresses, also witness a guy who stood up got almost to the kitchen where his waitress was and said I am missing my toast. Needs to hire people who know how to take orders and communicate with other people.

Food is decent. Staff not so much! Waitress took ppl who came in after us. By the time we ordered drinks they already got their food. Ppl across from us were seated after us, ordered after us and got their food before us! We only ordered chicken fingers and a gyro. Third time going there. The food is good once you get it but the service can be slow and horrible depending on the waitress.

Wonderful lil place to catch a bite to eat. Friendly attentive staff, calling my parents newlyweds the whole time. They had just renewed their vows in hell. The prices just cant be beat, just what you would hope walking into a diner. Portions were perfect and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great breakfast. I highly recommend. Havent been here in a while, but from what I remember Ive always liked the food. The only problem Ive ever run into is a time I came in with my sister, and we were placed in a booth that was absolutely drenched in grease. It was disgusting. With the exception of that incident, which I hope isnt a regular occurrence, I like the place.

My husband and I were seated outside by the hostess. After 15 minutes of not being acknowledged by a server, I went inside and inquired and was told someone would be with us shortly. 12 additional minutes later, still no server. We got up and left. Horrible service. Will not try to come back here again.

Always friendly service. Prices are reasonable. It truly has that small town diner feel. When youre there it feels like home. Except someone else is cooking. I highly recommend the fajitas. The presentation alone is awesome. But the taste yumm. You wont be disappointed.

They have a diner in dexter, mi and jackson, mi. The gyros and omlets are incredible. Pinckney is lucky to have this nice restaurant
