This is one of two places I go to get good Filipino food. Its my to-go for Garlic fried rice- its cook so well that the rice is NOT greasy or sticky/clumpy and has great garlic flavor. The Filipino selections are nicely cooked and executed very well. Knowing that I wanted to change it up every now and then, I requested two favorites be served together. Result: they did not disappoint and knocked the dish out of the park. If you cant enough of the pig, request this on your next visit - Lechon Kawali WITH Bacon Garlic Fried Rice (yes, it had the fried egg on top). Wow!!! Not only do you get a lot of food for the money, but again, the whole meal was not greasy and tasted awesome. I also suggest the Turon (bananas wrapped in spring roll wrappers and deep fried with ice cream) as a dessert compliment. Overall, Edamame does food well. Its a good value, the waitstaff are very friendly, and the food is solid. If youre not in the mood for Filipino food, the sushi and ramen are winners as well.

Some of the worst service Ive had in a long time. We ordered edamame and two noodles soup dishes. Took at least 20 minutes for the edamame. Then a good 15+ minutes later here comes my soup, which was topped with tempura crumbled and tempura shrimp. She only brought mine. Its a small restaurant probably seats less than 30 people. She took care of someone with a carry out. Then took another table their food. Then took another tables order. Then stood around for a minute and finally brought my husbands soup. She never checked back with us and my soup was gross and slimmy by the time I could start eating. Needless to say, Im not happy with my experience and wont be back. The sushi was pretty good. Thats all the positive feedback I have.

Why does this place have so many good reviews? Soy sauce bottles crusted with the residue of last weeks customers, filthy table legs your feet stick to, $4 for eel nigiri that tastes like old boots, and to top it all off chicken that is drier than sand. I could literally crumble the chicken like a clump of dried mud. The rice was pretty sweet(?) and did not stick together. The noodles were ok (thus 2 stars instead of 1) but when i order a chicken dish i expect more than 3 pieces of crumbled dried chicken sprinkled on the side, especially at $10 a dish. Was so dissatisfied I signed up just to leave this review. Go to noble or the Gallery on 14 mile for great sushi and avoid this place altogether.

Normally the food is great and the service is good. However lately they are always closed. I even called today and spoke to a lady and told her I would be there in ten minutes would they still be open. (knowing they like to close early) I arrived at 145 and the door was LOCKED and the closed sign was up. Thanks for lying to me lady who answered the phone you just turned off one of your most frequent customers. This business needs to commit to its hours. moral of the story: Dont count on them being open but if they are the food is good and cheap. Ill increase the stars when they start acting like a reputable business.

First time going to Edamame for my girlfriend and I...and we loved it!! Their sushi was nicely made, fresh and the price was great. The quick service was pleasant as well. I would comment or write more on a specific roll or piece but it was ALL good (we pigged out and ordered quite a different array of things) Since we were from out of town we practically chose Edamame out of a hat hoping not to get a bad sushi experience. The experience was a very good one and you wont be disappointed.

Ive always had a good experience until today. I came in at 1:30, they dont close until 2. Ordered 4 rolls and a vegetable tempura to go. 5 minutes later I get my box to leave only to realize my tempura is not in the box but has been replaced by 2 more rolls which is not even close to the veggie tempura size. If they didnt want to stay to make the tempura they should have just said so. Instead they hurried and locked up to avoid giving me the correct order. Not upset, just disappointed

This is my favorite sushi restaurant. They have great sushi and other dishes at a reasonable price. My favorite dishes here are the Diablo Noodles with Chicken and the Spicy Tuna Roll. This is the only place that I like spicy tuna rolls from since they are the only place Ive been to that doesnt puree the tuna and then mix it with the spicy sauce. They use whole pieces of tuna in their rolls.

This sushi was awesome! Good prices and lots of options. I got the garden roll since it was mentioned on here and it was delicious. I love they have a veggie rolls section since Im vegetarian. The restaurant itself was small, but cute. Very clean, friendly staff. Loved the option to pick your own ingredients in a roll, something ive never seen before. I cannot wait to back again.

Went here a while ago because its so close to where I live. Prices were pretty good, but the sushi rolls were so-so. The only one with a really good flavor was the spicy yellowtail. Just dealt with one waitress, and she was pretty unattached from her job I would say. Not the friendliest. Overall, I might end up going back due to convenience, but it would not be my first choice.

Horrible. Ordered take out twice. The first time they forgot part of the order. The second time they told us it would be a 45 minute wait and when we got there they never placed the order. They told us they could make it and it would be 5 minutes. Ended up waiting another 20 and no apology from the staff. If I could rate this place a 0, I would.

Authentic Japanese, Filipino and Americanized fusion food. We had great dine-in service and the sushi menu was extensive. There is something for everyone on the menu. I can definitely vouch for the ramen, sushi and pancit. Note they are only open from 5-9pm for dinner as they are closed after lunch.

Edamame is PHENOMENAL! I cant say enough good things about this place. Great prices, great staff, great atmosphere, and absolutely fantastic sushi. I havent found a sushi restaurant this amazing since I was in seattle. And edamame trumps all the sushi places in seattle by a long shot.

Pretty good sushi- a little heavy on the wasabi :/ but overall nice. Bubble tea was very good as well! Matcha green tea blended with ice and milk with (special requested warm tapioca balls). So good. I would go back just for that drink honestly. Waitress was very nice as well.

Always delicious, eye appealing & fresh food served. They have an extensive sushi menu and they offer many delicious dinners, too. Always made to order. Something for everyone. They also serve alcohol. Reasonably priced for quality food. Very friendly staff and great service!

My husband & I went there for dinner today. Great service and fast! The Sushi was very good and the Ramen was not bad. Not the real Ramen but I thought the it was still yummy! The staffs was nice and helpful so we will be back again soon!
