Maybe they treat you better if you dine-in? (lunch special) Left restaurant with a "everything is in there" statement from the lady behind the desk, checked the bag and it looked like everything was there, I was wrong. In the area for protein, half was Mongolian Beef, the other half was rice noodle (who really enjoys/eats rice noodle). The beef itself was dry and bland and not glazed like every other picture you see in google images or from any other restaurant that cares about service. No scallions, just cut regular onions because cutting corners. China Bell should update their special to say "rice or egg roll" since the egg roll was missing but the rice was there. The steamed rice was good, but lets be real, steamed rice is steamed rice. TLDR; Not very filling for 8 dollars (only ate ~1/2 cup of rice and two pieces of dry beef).

We had some out of town guests, and ended up choosing to go to China Bell to make things easier for us on Christmas Day. The service left something to be desired, as did the food. However, since it was Christmas Day, we tried to cut them some slack. It took us asking several times to get the drinks we wanted, and the wait staff pretty much ignored us until we flagged them down. The waiter didnt give us time to split the ticket, as it was hit and run service, so we had to do it at the front desk. The girl checking us out was very rude, and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to split the bill, and snapped at us that we should have had the waiter do it, which we would have done if given the chance. We will never go back to this establishment. For the price of the buffet and the service, it was overpriced.

Mothers day was our 2nd time eating there. I have to say I was very dissapointed. We had a reservation and it still took them 20 min to seat us after our reservation time. We waited in line close to 30 min to get to the food, by then most of the food was gone except for fruit and dessert. We got some fruit and dessert took it to our table and waited by the food table for them to bring more food for over 20 min, the food never came..we sat down and ate the fruit and dessert and went back up by the food table, it still had not been filled. We waited an additional 20 min then a man came out with a few pieces of carved beef and laid them on a plate and said food would be out shortly..we ate the litte bit of beef and went home hungry. For what they charge for the buffet, we will not be back after that.

Well a good friend of mine always says when the parking lot is empty the food is no good. Anyways the food being a sit-down eatery was very pricey. The food was mediocre at best. Unfortunately Ive had better food at buffets then this place. I got the beef and Broccoli with brown rice. It ran me $14. The brown rice was terrible. I can cook brown rice better. It was wet and sticky. If anyone has ever been to chipotle I was expecting a dryer type rice. The beef and broccoli had some crunchy square yellow things that Ive never seen before that gave the beef and broccoli a soapy taste. Ive ate beef and broccoli hundreds of establishments, even in Chinatown in DC and have never experienced a beef and broccoli with that type of taste.

Overall, not a good experience. Beautiful decor, beautiful white steamed rice, unlike their attitudes. My s/o and I are vegan and went in for lunch, but there were so few vegetarian options. I ended up getting just a bowl of rice, and he requested (not on the menu) just broccoli with garlic sauce (of which the serve was annoyed) which he said was "decent and spicy" but was unsure whether the sauce had a beef base. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR VEGETARIANS. We told the waitress we were vegetarian/vegan and ordered the hot and sour soup and egg roll (which came with the entree for a surprisingly low price) and yet the soup has chicken in it and the egg roll had a miscellaneous meat, which the waitress and the menu failed the mention.

My husband and I eat here all the time. We are vegitarians and they alter many of their dishes to suite are needs (tomato chicken *no chicken, Mu Shu no meat, etc.) . We always order the hot and sour soup, it is the best I have every had, and you can tell them how hot you like it. The spiciness is in your control. I have also taken freinds and family here and they always have good things to say. There is a buffet served on Sundays but you can always order from the menu. The service is really really good too. I mean how often do you go to a $10 a plate restaurant and have a water glass that is never empty? The atmosphere is romantic and there is a fish tank to entertain your kids.

I have lived in Grove City for 30 years and I’m embarrassed to say I have passed this place many times and never tried it until last week. WOW, have I missed out! The food was amazing! Typical and traditional Chinese dishes but the flavors jumped of the plate. The service was very good, the owners even stopped by to say “HI” and checked on us several times. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, check out was easy and inexpensive. I also found out that the owner does cooking classes in a separate kitchen once a month to show you how to make your favorite dishes right in your own home. Did I mention how great the food was? Well let me say it again, IT WAS AMAZING!!!

The food was made with quality ingredients. The chicken dishes had nice big chunks of white meat and the beef dishes had decent sized pieces of beef with very little fat, but all dishes needed more sauce and more seasoning in general. From the looks of things most of their clientele are senior citizens. That may explain the lack of seasoning. The place doesnt look like much from the outside, but the interior is gorgeous. Another problem was I was eating with a friend who is plus size and the chairs were not very accommodating for a larger person. We looked around for other seating options, but that seems to be the only style of chair they had available.

The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was a bit darker than I wouldve preferred (better for dating or drinking than dining), and the waiter we had was kind. I had the misfortune of spilling my soup on my lap, specifically my crotch, and while the people I were eating with were amused the waiter was rather polite and prompt about providing what materials to clean myself up with. Im going with 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. The first is it took our group noticeably longer to be served than other guests. (Our order wasnt excessive or overly complicated. Salad came out after entree) and the menu could stand to have some pictures.

My Aunt and family have come here for years and when visiting was always a dinner or lunch out we loved! We are so happy to move here and be able to come as often as we want! Staff is so welcoming food is wonderful . We love the way the chairs are so comfortable and the atmosphere is so relaxing and no one rushes you out with hard chairs and pushy rude wait staff. We have all ready extolled your virtues to so many and have made a stop to China Bell top of visitors places to go and enjoy!
