A dinner is $9.99, which is reasonable except you dont get a side unlike most Chinese restaurants (either soup, an eggroll, anything-- not even a fortune cookie at the end). I asked for chicken fried rice instead of white rice, and she told me no, then when I looked stunned, she said she would charge me $1.50 extra for it (which, is also the difference between getting no rice or rice, so to me it wasnt worth it, I would have paid anything up to a dollar like at normal places, but here you also only get a small bowl of it... not worth it). I got the sesame chicken because I dont like spice, and my mom got orange chicken. My meal looked like someone dumped sweet and sour sauce over it (it was redish orange) then sprinkled some sesame seeds on it... My moms meal was literally yellow and tasted also like sweet and sour sauce, with absolutely no spice (was supposed to be spicy, had 2 flames on it). Hers literally tasted like mine, but mine looked like it had food coloring added to the sauce. They tasted identical.. Im sure if we got sweet and sour chicken, it would have been the exact same thing. Most Chinese places also cook their broccoli... but not here. you get a handful of uncooked, starting to yellow, pieces of broccoli. We wont even talk about how the leftovers turned out Took FOREVER to get food, and even longer to get the check! Maybe the rest of their food is better.. Try getting something that is also written in Chinese and not just American as the page we ordered off of was entirely American.

Come here for the noodle soups: Its the only really authentic Taiwanese noodle shop in Metro Detroit. The standard "Chinese food" that you might be looking for (deep fried, breaded, sweet sauces, etc.) is not here, so dont be disappointed when you cant order #1 Almond Boneless Chicken with Eggroll or #3 Sweet & Sour Chicken wiith Wonton. Thats not the kind of place this is. Instead, explore the noodle soup menu and find a refreshing change of pace from all the Pho restaurants in this part of town. I love pho as much as the next guy, but its nice to have an alternative once in a while. The house special, the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup, is rich, hearty, and excellent.

Hubby and I winged it and went here for a last minute dinner, we were the only ones dining around 8PM on a Saturday, it was pretty nice! The atmosphere is great. The tables were clean and our hostess was extremely friendly. We ordered the General Tsaos chicken and Wonton Soup! Both dishes were soooo YUMMY!! The general tsaos couldve been a bit spicier, but the flavor was AMAZING!! I recommend this little restaurant.

Service a little slow but the food was excellent. My Chinese co-worker whose on a mission to find the most authentic Chinese food in the area says its by far the most authentic, at least when it comes to the Szechwan cuisine. Doesnt care for the buffet but the menu is the real deal.

Very authentic chinese food and dishes. They have Szechuan, cantonese or Hong Kong Style and Japanese cooked dishes. I would say close to best chinese in Detroit area. Ramen was not so good. Overall not bad compared to food from NYC.

The food was good. I asked for extra extra spicy orange chicken, so they put a bunch of sriracha on it. It wasnt very good because of that. I believe it would have been great otherwise. The dim sum and wonton soup were excellent.

The food is authentic and tastes good. The restaurant is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service was good on all of my visits as well. The prices are slightly high but still something Im willing to pay.

Overall good Dim Sum but the rest of the dishes were great! Smoothies are artificially flavored, but thats not why you should be coming here. Place lacks decor but the food is great.

Dont be fooled by the look of this small restaurant, the food may surprise you if your tasting bud prefers authentic Hong Kong or Cantonese style of cooking.
