this is a bad taco bell if ive ever seen an awful bad taco bell. first off all of the TEENS that work there always seem to get the order wrong always, it is the stupidest. i asked for diablo sauce for a quesartio and a taco (a sizeable meal for me since i am quite hungry mostly) and they gave me ONE DIABLO SAUCE. this is unacceptable, how is one going to do it? i always check the bag to make sure they get it right and THANKFULLY this time they got my food but then i saw that the taco was a little smushed somehow. the place is much better when all the kids are in school, so i suggest going between 11 - 2 ! ! ! the older folks are so kind and awesome and nice and patient and ive NEVER GOTTEN THE ORDER WRONG FROM THEM. also the second time ive been here the food tasted very off. i couldnt tell why but there was something weird. needless to say i went to the kfc next door instead and sent a complaint for a coupon. the kfc is also bad dont go to it..

If you have food allergies just skip it. We explained the allergies then, ordered the catina bowl fresca, zero dairy. The lady taking our order just kept telling us back "it is fresh though.." and put all the dairy in it. We explained fresco is it without dairy..it is on the menu and has a button... She rolled her eyes made another one and put cheese in it. Then was confused when we told her cheese is dairy. We have tried ordering it a few times and they always screw it up and we quit trying. Tge taco bell at west and telegraph handles it much better and tge food is better prepared all around. If you just want something to eat, its fine. But drive 5 minutes down the road and it will be much better.

I go here all the time considering I live close to here 10 out of the 10 the times Ive gone here ive always gotten fresh food and good service. But tonight really put the icing on the cake, Evan I believe. The young man who was working the window around 11:40 pm was so sooo beyond polite and kind. He really had manners, was patient, and made sure everything was correct before we paid. He really showed his heart for people as well as the customers needs. He makes me want to go back around the time hes working just so I can tell him what an asset he is to taco bell. He smiled the whole time and he was just so nice. Kudos to you taco bell! Hire some more like him!!!

Husband ordered a Chalupa, the order was read back to him that included the Chalupa, but when he got the order home, it was not there or on the receipt. Not sure how this happens. Plus he ordered soft tacos and was given hard. The Mexican Pizza was a complete mess and did not look even close to how it should have. Burritos only had a small amount of sauce and all was on one end. All in all, we were extremely dissatisfied. This is not the first or even second time they have messed up our order. Getting to the point where we probably will not go back!

as a lback man i like to think of clas when i go to fats food retraunts and when i went to this tcao belL I DDIDNT GET IT like said by other peoplz i only get 1 SAUCE??? WON SAUCE???? is horible and the kids there are HORBLE too but if u go in bet ween 11 - 2 like the oter guy said then u get ur food right and there are NICE OLD PEOPL!!!!!! i love old pEOPLE!!!!!! there so GOOD and FUN!

Just got the skimpiest double decker taco and enchirito ever. Asked for extra mild sauce and was assured it was no problem, but when I got home, there was zero sauce. Went back to get the mild sauce, and I wasnt the only one there getting sauce that was omitted from their order. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately thats the only good thing I can say about todays experience.

Got a chicken quesadilla, 2 soft tacos, nachos and cheese and a pop. The pop was flat, both tacos cold, nachos had few chips, and the cheese was cold . And the worst part was my quesadilla the chicken was cold and hard to bite it was so gross Im never going to this location Ill go out of my way to go to the Allen road one, no problems there. This place is pathetic

I will NEVER eat there. My best friend was sick with food poisoning a couple months back and I will NEVER eat at a place where someone ends up with food poisoning. Probably uncleanliness too, Health Department needs to step in and make sure no one else gets it.
