I have had nothing but bad luck here for years. If you drive thru almost guarantee something will be missing....so last night I decided I would go inside to order instead. Saw 2 people walk out as they were completely being ignored even after the register girl looked right at them, she just turned around and was packing orders. After waiting on a "crab cake" which was NOT GOOD, I got home to food that had sat too long was dried out and gross hardly ate any of it and was missing part of my order...imagine that....if I could give 0 stars I would. I will not be returning to London KFC, and I live there.....its a shame.

I used to frequently go to this location and I went here today 12/4/16 for first time in months. Worst mistake I ever made was going there today, their asst. Manager Chrissie or something like that was rude and nasty not only to her employees who was both new but also very short with customers... I will be doing EVERYTHING in my power to have her removed from her position. Also one of her employees she was yelling at is special needs.

Order was screwed up from the start. Everyone was so rushed they werent listening. When we got home , (3 minutes) at most, the food was cold and the fish was so loaded with grease I could not eat it. Kids have been telling about Popeyes, guess I will go to them next time. Unfortunately, this was not the first time the service has been less than desired.

The have chicken gizzards! Unfortunately they had been sitting. The breading was soft. Still good though. Friendly counter. However, I seen her fix so he type of small sandwich wrap. No gloves. Went from money, and handling non food items to handling food items then back.

Slow and out of allot of things, they did compensate by giving free drinks for the wait and also a chocolate cake but still disappointed in the freshness of the rest of the food we received

The staff was rude the, tea was rotten, and they were WAY overpriced , I will never go back. It used to be a really good place to eat when they had the buffet.
