I ordered a large pizza with chicken and Italian sausage, ate half of it and I was up all night with stomach pain and puking. I called them early the next day wanting a refund and the first guy told me it takes 48hrs to see symptoms. He turned over and said that he would take my information and contact his district manager. After 24hours of no call back I called them. The manager said this time that it takes 24 hours to see symptoms of food poisoning and that I wouldnt have had issues being my order and intake window was within 20 hours. What a joke. He said he would call me back after he contacted his DM. I got called back literally 5 minutes later and he said that he talked to everyone he needed to talk to and that no one even called in yesterday. I was furious that these guys are lying to cover their butts. He says later that hes not going to do anything about my incident and he brushes me off. I lost my temper and told him off. He later admitted that he did talk to the guy I talked to yesterday and that I reported being sick on their food. After about 10 minutes of arguing and an extremely unprofessional undertaking from the manager; Brandons part, I got a full refund. However, they will no longer take my business. Thats fine with me. Pretty sad that I had to fight for the truth and then I get blacklisted. Moral; I know a lot of the guys working at the marysville Pizza Hut and I wouldnt trust anything that comes out of there. And to now see how shady they can be to cover their butts, its even more apperant. Stay away.

This place has been recently renovated, and its pretty nice!! We were greeted immediately upon entering the door by Lacey, who ended up being our server! She immediately got our drinks and waited patiently as we had to decide what to order. She wasnt a waiter who disappeared forever as you decide them sit around waiting to place your order! She was working a few tables at a time and you wouldnt even know it! She was always around asking if you needed anything else! She was very helpful. We did ask about one deal what she was unsure if they had, instead of checking she suggested some other options! Food came out hot and delicious! Another helper was around helping things flow! "KT" was running errands for all the servers! Cashing them out, getting refills, providing boxes for customers! She was very helpful and really nice! She didnt even complain when asked to get something from the back for my son! She was happy to do it, which was a shock! Most employees hate doing that, and she is the first to have "every customer and every need is important" attitude!!! Shes amazing!!! The only thing I didnt like was the one person bathrooms. Seriously! Overall great experience! Thanks ladies for the great service!

We get take-out pizza here once or twice a month. Employees are always very friendly and the food is usually pretty tasty. Last time we ordered, however, the breadsticks were not seasoned at all. They typically add the seasoning after they come out of the oven; this time they just served us plain, sliced sticks of bread, sans seasoning. Was disappointed in that - not sure how someone can package the breadsteaks up in a to-go bag without noticing there was nothing on them. They werent busy either - no one dining in and a nearly-empty to-go warmer. Overall - pretty consistent and usually good deals to be found with online coupons.

Ordered food for our store, one of our employees orders was not brought or rang up, no problem they said they would bring it right down. It never came and so we called back and the manager of the store (brandon naylor) told her that they accidentally brought the replacement order to a different customer and then proceeded to tell our employee that he was standing there when the original order got placed and she never ordered, basically calling her a liar and a scammer for some free wings. Very unprofessional so bottom line, decent food for the money but poorly managed.

Dined in on 9/14/11...came across most indifferent and rude waitress ever. Young girl wearing a ponytail, height about 58", thin built. Took our order verbally and no surprize, brought wrong items for me and my wife. Never apologized for her mistake and never came back after serving the food. Hello - what about refillin drinks or simply inquiring? Slammed chairs around while we were eating (cleaning?). Food was very good but it didnt go down well with such behavior. Cashier said they are having slow nights, no wonder why. Ask for a different waitress or take-out.

We went for dinner which with 5 kids is usually our "cheap treat" for the month, the food is usually pretty good but the service could use a LOT of work! Ive worked in the pizza business for 15 yrs & its not always the easiest but attitudes could be in check lot better! Most the employees weve encountered seemed very snotty & rude! We try calling in ahead of time but generally have to still wait anyways! With 5 kids (2 being 1 & 2) timing is important! ALSO....is the buffet ever open anymore? Ive never seen it open! That would be amazing!

Went there two weeks ago (yes this a late review) with some friends at lunch time. We were sat down quickly and once we ordered our food came out as fast as expected. We didnt get the buffet, but the pizza that we did get was delicious! Our server, dont remember her name, was very good at keeping our glasses full and asking if there was anything we needed. A very nice place. Well see how they do after the remodel.

The food was good. We got our drinks right away, and didnt have to wait too long for our pizzas. The service wasnt bad, but the servers are young, inexperienced, and need some training. It was, however, very cold in the building, and I was wearing pants and a sweater. I know they just recently opened the new building, so I will go again to see if they outgrow their growing pains.

Recently remodeled. I got the lunch buffet. Pizza on the buffet isnt the same quality as what you order at the table or take out. The toppings were minimal. The salad bar is gone. They bring you a premade side salad bowl with your choice of dressing. Service was poor..had to go to counter for drink refill because our server never came back except to drop off the bill.

Went to Pizza Hut tonight. Had to wait over an hour after we ordered our food to actually receive it. Then they didnt bring us silverware to use. I asked for silverware twice finally I went to the desk and got it myself. The one food item was over cooked and the pizza was warm,not hot. Very poor service and quality of food.

The only reason they got two stars, is because the food is decent. Better than the other ones around town but not good. Now, they suddenly need me to pay $50 for a order to be delivered out to where I am. They never charged me this before. Ether pizza hut is getting greedy or a manager is.

Always been a fan of Pizza hut. Considering that they have reopened recently they are doing pretty good.but for some reason I find their pizzas oily , (literally you have to wash your hands as it is wet with oil after every slice) but would definitely visit them again
