It is very slow, thats true, the fries are less to be desirable. But, youve got the best burger in all of fast food and your original chicken sandwich is excellent too. I hate what youve done to your vanilla shakes. I wont buy one there again. Arbys has a GREATLY milkshake. Take a tip from them Sorry, McDonalds STILL has the best French fries. I have found myself in the past buying a whopper from you, fries from MickyD s and a shake from Arbys. But its so oooooo much more money and gas so I havent done that a whole lot. The fact that MickyD give you ANYSIZE drink for a dollar all the time. Im afread I go there rather than BK. Plus there are more McDonalds right here around me. Wendys, though, now they just got that new drink machine that you can pick your own drink from tons and even mix them to make your own concoction. My daughters LOVE that! Heres some tips I hope youll use. Best fast food burger gets YOUR VOTE though. Def finally. Thank you

When i go to this bk in the morning saff is great and my breakfast is always freshly made come in the afternoon evening time i think am i at the same burger king i went to in the am time.... Buck up staff in the afternnon and evenings i will go to wendys but my experience in the morning is a great experience in and out through the drive-thru and an out in the lobby I just dont understand the thing that cost the least of Burger Kings budget is there lettuce and always when I come here there is three or four pieces of lettuce or that is the most wasted food that Burger King at any restaurant carries stop being so stingy and cheap with lettuce everytime I come in the morning or I have great staff waiting on me and great food afternoon and p.m. staff terrible managers get on their coattails and have them do their job the right way theyre here to wait on customers thats what pays their checks are the customers that come in to your stores

Ordered an Angriest Whopper and when I got home it was the wrong sandwich. call and talk to a manager and they said they would give me the correct one for free if I came back up. went back out got my sandwich and when they checked it out no jalapenos and a regular bun. They said "oh sorry were out of those" If the main things for the burger are the special bun and the jalapenos you should tell the customer you are out so they dont bother ordering it and getting disappointed because ultimately what I got was a regular Whopper.

I found a small dead insect inside a cube of ice from the pop dispenser... I showed it to the manager on duty and suggested they clean the machine. She replied that the ice doesnt come from the pop dispenser... Shes suggesting that I brought that ice in to what - get a free meal?! What in the world does she mean by that?! Never coming back! Update: After writing about this to BK I did receive an email apologizing about the incident from the regional manager with a promise she would look into it...

Consistently the SLOWEST fast food place I have ever eaten at!! I keep going back because the location is close to my work however, if there was another option I would go there. The food is average for a BK. Workers are hit and miss in terms of friendliness. Some are very nice, others very rude. I was over charged recently, we will see how they correct the mistake.

What would you expect comes on a Double BACON cheesburger. First time they left out the double patty. Second time they left out the key part to a Double BACON cheeseburger, BACON and cheese. Really what kind of people work there. Really its not hard to figure this stuff out. Will not be going back ever again. Some peoples kids.

The staff here is really nice but the store is greatly understaffed for lunch rush. I didnt get a fork with my meal, I returned to the counter and no one would break task to ask me what I needed. Not the employees fault the stores fault for not staffing for customer service.

This location was just remodeled (its been open since the 80s). Looks fantastic. Chris made sure that the cooks made my special order Whopper correctly. And while he was out cleaning the lobby area, he checked up on me. Nice for a fast food place.

Just went inside for a to go order they are more interested in serving the drive through after half hour wait asked for refund she told them to make my order asap told her to keep it wont go back . The night crew is better.

For some reason the service at this burger King is always either incredibly slow or even sometimes uninviting. Food is decent but nothing to rave about so their service should try to make up for that. Not the case here.
