My wife and I went on Saturday evening (6/17/17) and this was absolutely the worst service we have ever had here. I guess both employees up front were training and had no idea what to do. I was going to try their new Reeses float. I asked the cashier for this item, and he said the Peanut Butter one? Reeses is peanut butter. Plus when I got the item, it was nothing like the picture. The picture shows it like a float in a mug, but all I got is a shake. I asked him if this is the same as the picture and he said yes! My wife wanted a coney dog. She wanted no onions, he gave us no time to even say that. The worst part was the root beer float. The 1 main reason why we went. It tasted so flat. The machine was broken and still served out of it. So we took it back up there and all they gave us as a medium pop. Well the manager was going to give us our money back for the float. She ended up giving us 95 cents. the difference between the float and the pop. You should of gave us the pop free. You are lucky I was about to give the whole order back and wanted my money. We were walking out, and the guy sitting next to us, his order was wrong. NEVER TRAIN 2 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME!. I should of went to the mall restaurant and dealt with the people.

Great food, although the staff could be a little more professional. The girl who took my order went to swipe my credit card at a different machine. Her back was turned and she pulled out her phone. Not sure what she was doing, taking pictures of the card or texting! But I figured that she was having a conversation with bestie in the middle of taking my order. Put down your phone and do your job!

Garden City has so many awesome places. I grew up here and so am a little partial. That being said A&W was one of many favorites in the area. Always have good food, and if you get root beer they give it in an ice cold mug. They keep them in an actual freezer and it gives a cool frozen effect to the edges of the glass creating a sort of slushy texture. A must eat place if youre in the area.

They screw up orders a lot. Also very very slow service inside. There one one person in front of me when I walked in it took about 5 minutes before someone waited on him and about 10 minutes till they waited on me. But they pushed 6 card thru DT and there were only 2 cars in DT when I went inside. Not right to make people stand at the counter so you can focus on only DT.

My husband and I with are son and two nephews ate there. The food was kind of pricey. I got a cheese burger and it was dry and not warm. The drinks are expensive and you can only get one refill for only large cups. McDonalds medium cup is bigger then theirs. Will not eat there again.

They want 5.00 for two cheeseburgers. The one in Taylor wants 2.25 for one double cheeseburger . Spend your money wisely people. Say no to this place.
