We ordered pizza on 12/19/13 and the driver got lost. When we called the manager he told us it wasnt their fault. So we asked for a discount for the trouble and then be became rude and wanted to argue about it. He was so unprofessional. And then said we couldnt have a discount and we would have to wait another hour and fifteen minutes after already waiting that long. I realize he only wanted to argue to avoid a bottleneck in their delivery by not having to rush a pizza out. How unprofessional. His name was Jacob. Ill have to avoid this place from now on. Too bad we ordered from there at least twice a month. They always have long wait times of over an hour. I cant have cheap pizza and poor service. Just call a competitor and save yourself the hassle.

The rudest woman in the world will answer the phone if you call on a complaint, she ruined my sons birthday, the manager took up for her, Have not ordered from there in two months and never will again. I decided to write this when I calmed down as no one should be talked to like a spoiled child taking to their parents and putting my emotions in would have lowered my response to that level. A bad example for my kids. My advice, go somewhere else if you can! :)

Food was great, however we had the feeling we were annoying the staff every time we talked to them. They we completely rude. Its been at least 5 years since Ive been there, and it will probably be at least another 5 till I go back.

I was given sweet tea instead of. Unsweetened .then told I had unsweetened. Im a diabetic. Never ask if I wanted a sweeter. Even though the lady came over a number of times.didnt ask if anything was wrong. Will not come back.

Well seems like every freaking time I order pizza from there they have no delivery person and its a Saturday when u get pizza orders out the a$$. I will never ever order from here AGAIN. Get a driver that will work.

We pull up on here it says they close at 11pm On their door it says 10pm & when we get inside they said the dining room closed at 9pm & they were rude as hell to boot

This pizza hut is excellent! They have great service, though it isnt a pizza hut with a buffet my cousin and I go here quite a bit when we meet up for lunch.
