Would give -100 stars if it was an option. Went on a Wed night after my flight had landed to meet with some friends for a dinner. Service was absolutely horrendous. After we got seated, between a half-@ss server and a bartender, both would grudgingly take turns coming to our table of 4 and there were maybe 12 people in the entire restaurant that evening. We should have known when it took so long to get drink orders, we should have wrapped it up and gone elsewhere for dinner. My husband had to go GET the damn staff to come over to take our orders which took forever to arrive and the food was not even good- the food quality seemed like frozen dorm food which had been microwaved. Even when we wanted to cash out to leave, my husband had to go get someone to bring the bill. Unfortunately, the disaster didnt even end when we left. We realized the next day that my husbands credit card had not been given back. He tried to call, was put on hold for 15+ min and the person never came back but hung up on him. He called back thinking it was a mistake, waited 15 more minutes while the person who answered the phone went to get the manager, who was extremely short with him, put him on hold again. After 20 more minutes had gone by, he gave up and hung up. After wasting almost an hour, he ended up reporting his card lost/stolen. What is quite entertaining is this restaurant loves responding to positive reviews on its Facebook page but has never acknowledged any of the negative reviews.

BEWARE of the cleanliness of your glassware. When we ate there 6-19-2016 We noticed all too late that the wine glass and water glasses were filthy The water tasted of the iodine rinse used in bar cleaning of glasses. The wine glass had every mark that was left from the last 20 people that touched it. We showed it our server, he was clueless and his response was "we have to work on that"! YES YOU DO. PIG STY. No compensation was offered. And we dont ask for any unless the food was awful as well. although after being served with dirty glass ware one would think. But I guess thats my problem. NO I wont let it be just my problem. I want everyone to be aware of the state of the cleanliness of what they serve you with. Although the goat cheese salad was fantastic but the burger only so-so, we looked at our glasses and were appalled. I let my guard down for a minute and this is what I get.

We got there at about 11:45 and they wanted to charge us 5 dollars to sit down and eat. Granted it was st pattys day....I think something like that should have started after the lunch time rush. We ended up ordering the food to go. The Sheppards Pie was just awful. It had an after taste of smelly dish water. We also ordered corned beef and cabbage rolls...they were okay but full of potatoes???? strange.The carry out waitress forgot plastic ware, napkins, and our bread. For about 40 dollars...was this worth it? Absolutely not. Would we go back? Absolutely not. I wont get that horrible taste of the Sheppards pie out of my taste buds ever. :-( I had high hopes with all of the good reviews.

The food here is so awful I will have nightmares about it, everything my husband and I ordered was prepackaged and heated up. The service is some of the worst you will find. I asked about specials and our server kept saying she thought beer was half off but wasnt sure," rather than finding out for us she just kept repeating the same statement. I ordered Pinot Griso and was brought a Chardonnay. When I let the server know she told me she didnt know the names of wines but would ask the bartender. She came back to tell me it was not a Chardonnay but was something else, which she didnt remember what.... this is a huge insult to the Irish pub culture.

Came in here for a birthday party organized by a friend. It was a great choice for a smallish party. The service was great. The two servers assigned to our area took care of our group of around 20 with speedy and accurate service. That helped make the event a huge success. Had the Jamesons Burger. It was very tasty, though a little messy (you may wish to use a knife and fork). The accompanying fries were also quite tasty. This looks like a great place for a casual dinner while watching sports. I recommend giving this place a try.

We had a group event here with a set menu. My food was cold when it got to my table, which I can overlook because we had such a large party. I ordered a GF medium steak with steamed broccoli. My steak came bloody, cold, and tasteless. For my GF friends, if you are sensitive to cross contamination, dont eat here. I dont fault the Claddagh, they state that cross contamination is possible but I ate here anyway due to the party I was attending. I was violently sick within hours.

Went here with friends for a special occasion and were so pleased and impressed with the accommodating and friendly service, not to mention the food was great!!! Jack, the host, rearranged tables by the fire to accommodate us, we loved the atmosphere here. Megan was our waitress and she was very attentive and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. We will be back!

Went here for my birthday last year, food was awful, undercooked and cold. Took forever for us to even get our food. Waitress was almost never to be found. Had to ask another waitress to get our drinks after waiting 15 minutes. Whole atmosphere was awful. Really Ruined my birthday for me. 0/10 would never to recommend to anyone. Save your money go some place else.

Hosted my daughters bridal shower at the Livonia Claddagh Pub. They were very easy to work with. The wait staff and were excellent as was Patrick who oversaw the event that day. Food was delicious. Many guests complimented the entree options. Great experience, I would recommend this location for events. Easy access for guests from various directions.

Waited forever for food. Shrimp pasta came out cold and was sent back. Chicken wrap came out gross. It was deep fried, but not crispy - just brown and soggy with oil. Food appeared to be made with frozen ingredients. Were told "if we sent the food back it would just come out worse". We like you Claddagh, but we expect better!

O jeez. Their Jameson burger is to die for. Their are actually a lot of good options on their menu, particularly their appetizers, but that burger is the real MVP. The service wasnt 100% but I dont blame them because they had just been bombarded by a fifty person party. I would highly recommend this place.

Always great food and good service. It would be nice if all the bartenders knew how to properly pull a proper pint of Guinness, but they still do better then most. The real concern is the health department write ups. They need a better proceedure, but Ive never gotten sick!

As someone who doesnt usually like fish and chips, Im recommending you try them here because theyre delicious. The thing you shouldnt gamble on, however, is the appetizer with goat cheese. The purple sauce it comes with is sooo good, but goat cheese isnt for everyone.
