If youve never heard of this place, think of it as an Irish Hooters. Typical american sports-bar with some Irish fare mixed in and waitresses dressed in kilts and plaid push-up bras pushing through partially unbuttoned white blouses. More on this later. Food and drink-wise, they have a huge variety of beer on tap but good luck finding a drink price on the menu. There arent any, which should set off your radar. Since they sell drafts typically in 20oz sizes, expect to pay 6-8 bucks per brew depending on variety. As for dinner, only one in our party of four had a satisfying entree (spinach salad). The other three (flatbread pizza, fish and chips and nachos) were horrible. The fish was soaked with grease, the nachos sported liquid cheese and the flatbread pizza was an cold, oversized cracker with a few slices of tomato, barely any basil and I dont know what kind of cheese that was but it was scarcely there. So basically the foods a bust. Lets say you want to skip the food but catch a beer with your buds, watch a game and ogle the ladies. Well, bring your wallet and dont count on the friendly, bubbly personalities of your average Hooters server. These girls, like the food, are decidedly bland personality-wise and act like they could care less youre there. Other flaws include uniforms that were two sizes too small (my wife noticed this point), multiple tattoos on most servers and many who looked fresh out of high school. Ugh. Just creepy. Like anyone else I admire an attractive waitress but many of them, especially the hostesses in the same revealing corporate uniform, were just too young. Maybe this is a sign that any woman with a modicum of experience and or brains would never consider working there. Thats my bet. . . .

This was my first time at the Tilted Kilt after hearing really good reviews from some of my friends. The bar itself is really nice, lots of interesting decorations, nice clean bathrooms, lots of tvs, and a pretty nice outdoor patio. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and a happy hour pint of their salt and pepper french fries. The fries had a good taste to them but were soft and not crunchy. The BBQ chicken pizza was pretty good. The pizzas are super flat crusted and arent over powering in their sauces/toppings. I had asked for a side condiment and that was forgotten and took quite awhile to come out. BTW they charge .75 cents for the side condiments such as ranch dressing. The service was good and prompt until we mentioned we would be sticking around after we were done eating. Later we ordered more food and drinks but they took longer to show up and the waitress slowly started taking longer to come around. When we asked for the bills we waited quite awhile for them to show up as well. Overall its not a bad place and is a much needed change of scenery from Lansing, but it wont be my first choice when visiting Novi.

Food was good other then soggy fries chicken stripes very good! Service it not so hot 20 min and 3 waitresses later finely got my drink the 3rd waitresses we got was awesome!!!! She was cute funny and held a good conversation and she wasnt falling out of her top. I did find out the waitresses half to share their tips with the bus boys witch is OK but they all so half to share with bar tenders to and the bar tenders made more money a hour then the waitresses but the bar tender does not half to share their tips thats a bunch of crap, Waitresses half to serve drinks and deal with a**hole customers and make sure thay get the right food out bar tenders just serve beer and other alcohol thats it but thay dont half to share there tips with the waitresses!!!!!!!!! The 3rd waitress we got I wanted to give her a $50 dollar tip but did not because I found out the bar tender would get some of that so she got way less of a tip because of that I want to say sorry to my waitress for the smaller tip but the bar tender did not deserve that much. Would go back as long as I get the same waitress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friends and my partner went today for my birthday 3-14-16. When I read a lot review compliant for foods terrible, waitress was not great and many negative. Make me feel I dont want come to Tilted Kilt Novi but I did! The wings was not that bad needs more flavor and cooked well. My partner said the burger is really good but need more flavor. My friends said their foods was amazing and better than Philly steak cheese. Surprise me! Also the fries was good and little too much salt. Also Im surprise that they did not offer for celebration birthday already disappointed. Anyways the waitress doing good jobs and very nervous with Deaf peoples. I wish they not do that because we are normal people. :) Definitely, we will come back again. FYI- the boobs are not bother us because we are human beings. So be open minded. Lol!

Host stared at the door after we walked in like she couldnt see us, we had to ask her if we are supposed to seat ourselves. Our waitress came over once ever 15-20 mins. I ordered food from the happy hour menu (and it was happy hour), which should have been aprox half off, but was still charged full price. No interaction with the staff unless initiated and even then waitress would get interrupted by another co-worker and walk away as if we werent just talking. Worst part is every female here, except for the crazy 45 year old bartender, has a boyfriend. Complete waste of time. Should have went to Dennys!!! Who trains these idiots and whos running this place into the ground?! Ive had better times in the ER.

My wife and I went there recently and we sat down for 15 minutes without any service... And the place was empty, too. The waitress with the nearest table to us didnt offer to help us. The manager saw us walking out and asked, "Is everything okay?" My wife replied, "No." Then he said, "Are you leaving?" My wife said, "Yes." You would think after my wifes first comment that he wouldve tried to fix things, but he didnt care just like his staff didnt care and allowed money and unhappy customers to walk out of the establishment. And the Service was so-so on our previous visit.

Its an Irish hooters. Food is good but dont expect a Michelin star experience. The girls are beautiful and IMHO better than some of the hooters Ive been too but the fare is nothing more than wings and burgers. The Scottish egg was different and a welcomed treat. Its a soft boiled egg wrapped in sausage and then fried. Its a bit dry but the horseradish sauce adds something to it. The fab burger is average. Its a fried burger Patty but wasnt what I expected. I was hoping for a burger wrapped in some form of breading. However the price is right on the entrees.

The service isnt great. Usually you have to find your waiter and flag her down because theyre under staffed and are distracted by the drooling desperate old men. The food is terrible for the most part. Its super bland!! I mean REALLY BLAND. Except the wings are pretty good but thats probably because the sauce is premade. Also the beer selection is ok. Anyways all in all I probably wont come back. Oh! And they always have soggy fries!! They need to change the oil its disgusting!!
