Less than 6 other people were in the restaurant when my family entered. No one was at the podium upon our entrance. A lady finally appeared from behind the bar and seated us. After several minutes, an unfriendly waitress asked what we wanted to drink. She returned with the incorrect order and just stood there staring at us. I eventually said that we wanted an appetizer but didnt know what else we wanted. She walked off to enter the app order. 15 minutes later, she returned to take our order. When I asked her what came on a Bacon & Cheddar burger, her response was bacon and cheddar. She was extremely rude. 10 minutes later, we finally received our appetizer. It took another 20-25 minutes to receive our main courses. For a restaurant with this few customers, the wait was way too long. The food was below marginal. The burger I ordered was very bland. I ended up just eating the bacon that came on the burger. I tried a piece of each of the main dishes ordered by my family. Each was bland and tasteless; no seasoning at all. As a visitor to Gray, GA, this was the one place I was looking for to visiting. This will be the last visit for my family. Im so disappointed.

We went to PBC for the first time in almost a year last night and it was awful. We stayed away for a while because we had a bad experience previously, but decided to give it another chance. Never again. When ordering, we were told that the sides on the menu were not the correct sides because there was a "new menu," but we were not given a new menu. We waited over 45 minutes for our food (so my toddler was on the verge of a meltdown by the time our food arrived). Despite the long wait, my sons chicken was cold. Everything was overcooked. We were never offered drink refills and I was never brought a to-go box that I requested twice. While we were waiting for our food, a lady approached the hostess stand twice over the span of 30 minutes to say that no one had been to her table to get their drink order. While I was waiting for our check to be closed out, two couples left because they were not greeted and sat after about 10 minutes. The waitstaff seemed chaotic and confused. It was a terrible experience. We will not be back.

Everything was greasy as mess. We tried the fried pickles, firecracker shrimp, spicy pepper jack burger, and kids burger with fries. The bread for the burger is saturated, not in butter, but possibly slightly butter flavored oil. The burger I ordered medium . it was well done. The fried pickles were just pickle spears deep fried in basic not even seasoned well beer batter...oooo...wooow. Somehow they were greasy. My sons fries were, guess what, soaked in oil. The only good thing was the shrimp, But that didnt redeem them. The chips the shrimp were bedded on in the basket were stale. Even my server was wayyy over the top too nice trying too hard overly aggressive with it server. Im sure shes sweet but any customer doesnt like fake niceness.

My burger was pink when I ordered it well done and the onion rings that came on it looked like they were microwaved, my daughters grilled cheese was toasted bread with nonmelted cheese, my son said his pizza was disgusting and my husband said the chili on his fries was ground beef with beans and tomatoes and flavorless. The fries pickles were overdone on the outside and undercooked inside. It was a waste of $60. We should have left when we saw a waitress chugging a beer by the bar.

Service was slow. I mean slow!! Considering our group of 5 was one of only 3 tables occupied at the time. Food was OK at best. So all things considered, I would go back if the service was better, but waiting an unreasonable amount of time for just OK food not why I would pick a place to go eat. If you are thinking about grabbing a quick lunch, you might wanna consider somewhere else.

I want so bad to love this place, but the food quality has gone down so much... The chicken wings are too small... I keep going, but if Gray had more to chose from Im sure I wouldnt. NEVER once have I gotten the food I ordered. Every single time something is wrong..

Took a really long time to get our order. And half of it was cold and the other half was scalding hot. I was really expecting more awesomeness after the 45min wait. Great flavor and seasoning just slower than anywhere ive ever eaten before. And a lil expensive

Went there Saturday afternoon. Ordered nachos. The waitress spilled a whole container of ranch dressing on my leg and shorts. Didnt seem concerned a bit. Didnt offer to take anything off the cost. Wont be going back.
