I visited this location on 07-29-2017 about 1pm and I pulled through the drive-thru and ordered 2 Most Best Pepperoni Pizzas and 1 cheese cup. Totaled about $13.80. I pull to the window and the man said that they are out of pizzas he is going to have me pull over and park in the lot and they will bring it out.....fast forward to an hr later I had seen pll pull thru the drive thru and pay and get THEIR HOT N READY PIZZAS. I started crying and went to them because i wanted my money back. I was going elsewheres ffor pizza. They asked me well who are you oh what did you order? Did you pay? SERIOUSLY?! I complained so bad their district guy Dave or Dan contacted me days later. Offers to make this issue a priority and even offered to comp my order but I could use my comp at ay other LC store if I wish. Cool. Sounds great right?! Never actually got comped and cannot get ahold of the DM. Maybe i will contact corporate. Im sure the dan or dave guy never bothered to check the laziness and bullshit going on at the portage store. Thats ok, pizza places come a dime a dozen. Im SURE i can find many others to do my business at in kzoo! Thanks for showing me how much of a valued customer I am not. Negative stars to your store and your dm too.

I bought a pizza from this location and shared it with 3 other people. We all got sick at one point throughout the night and in the morning. I even had to leave work early because I was nauseous and couldnt do my job. After realizing that everyone who ate the pizza felt sick, I called and asked for a manager. I got a guy, who sounded like the guy who handed me my pizza, and told him about my situation. After putting me on hold, he came back and asked for my name and number. After I gave it to him, he told me that his boss, Jeff, told him there was nothing they could do because we ate the pizza. That was the most idiotic thing Ive ever heard. We didnt know we were going to be sick, we wouldnt have even bought it if that was the case. Furthermore, what was the point of taking my name and number? I dont want a free pizza because I will never eat there again, and ~$6 is not a big deal to me, but on principal, they should have been willing to do something. As someone whos worked in customer service for many years, this is not how you treat your customers.

I bought a pizza from this location on 6-17-16. My friend and I ate the pizza. Today, 6-18-16, we are both experiencing stomach cramps and diarrhea. I will be reporting this location to the Kalamazoo County Health Department. I see another review with complaints of people getting sick. If I and my friend get sick and require medical attention, there will be phone calls made.

6-4-17 got a hot and ready pepperoni right before fireworks at Growlers and sat close by and my husband and I both threw up in the middle of the night! I see this restaurant has a problem with this! Also who doesnt know how to cut a pizza?

By far the best little Caesars Ive ever had and great for lunch at work. They actually cook the pizza till its nice and golden not like most little Caesars that sells half cooked pizzas.
