Awesome food. Good service. My wife has food allergies so the gluten free pizza with goat cheese as an option is huge for us. The pizza crust was the best gluten free pizza crust my wife ever had. I ordered a salad that was also very delicious. The environment was nice. It was relatively quiet so we could talk to each other instead of yelling at each other. The food came out quick and our waitress was very friendly. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the waitress was slow to refill drinks. I do highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for good gluten free options.

The smell of Parmesan cheese has died down and the food was amazing! The best things I have had here are the italian chef salad, the loaded cheese fries which they took off the menu for some reason there soooo amazing better then any place I have ever been. Sometimes you can ask them to make them for you still. The the redchester bluberry pancake beer is unreal! Our waitress maddy was so kind and attentive props to her. Definitely so good but one star taken away for tsking the loaded chees fries off the menu its what made me come back and the chefs always do such a great job.

My husband and I had a great meal (Artichoke dip appetizer and a thin crust pizza) we sat in the bar area. The service was excellent and the dark craft beer was outstanding. The second time we stopped in we sat on the other side near the kitchen door and it was way to loud on that side. A lot of kids and families. If you want more privacy sit in the bar area but get there early not a lot of seating. Over all...good food and good service. Check out the paper we found a $10 coupon!

Was good service and nice tvs and good beer. But the wings are the biggest waste of money ever. Small as craps and over a $1 each. Was horrible, and freezing cold, hot buffalo, dipping sauce . Havent tried anything else yet besides fried pickles. And they where ok at best. They need a better sauce. In less you like sweet. Ill let ya know if the rest of the food is ok when we visit again to this hotel next week, with 5 more people

I always order pizza from here because I love it, but for some reason last night I order I thin crust for the first time with 2 topping, and it was horrible...... I pretty much got a cheese pizza and I didnt consider it thin crust at all. Highly disappointed this time for what I got for what I paid...... and the take out lady didnt seam to really care to much......

Food was AMAZING enjoyed it immensely. Unfortunately the experience was almost completely ruined by our server Jay. Rude, pushy, uninterested in seeing if we wanted drinks or anything beyond our original order, and seemed to want nothing but for us to leave and as quickly as possible. For a quiet couple on a date in the corner theres really no excuse.

I rarely write reviews, but I thought that others should be aware that they do not have real Chicago style pizza. Im not sure how this franchise has survived considering it has not honored its name sake. The pizza is comparable in taste to Pizza Huts Pan Pizza, but is almost double the price. Ok deep dish pizza, but definitely not Chicago style!

Besides the herd of kids not being carailed in any way by parents or staff ; it really sucked. Bartender couldnt make a Rita to save its life. They ran out of lemonade, and WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN !! What a waste of 45 $. OTBY. my Rita wasnt even put in a Rita glass. ( It was saved in a water glass and they charged 8.50 !!) Just not right.

Lunch buffet offered during the week. Coupons also very available in papers and online. Food is decent and not overly pricey. Pizza buffet does not offer amazing vegetarian options but special orders can be requested. Dinner menu is comprehensive Italian and sandwiches. Full bar offered throughout the day.

There are good options for toppings and non-pizza dishes. But I grade every pizza joint on its crust, this goes double fire a place that claims to represent Chicago. The crust falls way short. It takes away from everything else. If they fixed that, they would get more credit for their best selection.

I am from Gary Indiana, and their service is Great out In Merrillville IN. The one here In Grand Rapids Michigan, isnt all that great. I asked them could they make a Chicago stuffed pizza., they told me and my mom "No because this is Michigan, not Chicago"

Well The Food is good and the drinks and beer are also good.. But you do have to watch out for the over priced beer that they have.. I think that the service is slow and some times makes to many mistakes. But over all it is a place that I will be back to..

Just had lunch at the Portage location and the service was terrific for having 16 people in our group. The servers kept our glasses full and the food arrived in a reasonable time. It was excellent tasting and our whole experience was GREAT!!

Dont go here. The food is gross. The service is barely passable (very slow). Overpriced and overrated. Their chicken tastes worse than the hot lunch food I had in grade school. Im sorry I wasted my time and money.

i really liked the pizza it wasnt a true chicago pizza but still good the garlic in the dough in one of the pizzas was to much not minced enough bu the other pizza was real good will go back for sure

They have great specials during the NFL days and its a bit surprising not more people show up. Its actually kind of deserted. They only have 2 HD receivers, but several flatscreens across the bar.

My family and I went here for dinner and the greeters sucked at greeting. They didnt even say goodbye. The waitress was great the food was good but they seriously need new greeters!

Amazing local chicago pizza. I have been there 3 times so far and each time the food gets better. Get the jalepeno pretzel for an appetizer. It is the best pretzel I have ever had.

Excellent service. The two girls who helped us were so sweet and hospitable. They even brought me a new drink when I didnt like the one I ordered. Their spaghetti pie is amazing!

BAD! I did complain and the manager did comp the meal. I love the Old Chicago Pizza but this restaurant is not at the level of other Old Chicago Pizzas that I have visited.

Nice decor, friendly staff. Has restaurant and bar areas. I ate at the bar and service was good. Chicken Wings were tasty and Angus Steak Sandwich was awesome. Recomended.
