Its okay, service is never great but usually decent. I live in the area but stopped going when it became clear that no one cared about anything except profit. the bathrooms are disgusting on the male side. Never clean and always smelly. Something as simple as ensuring that the sound on the bar TVs is in sync is enough to make me avoid this place for games. no one likes hearing and seeing things 6 seconds after the other half of the bar has. also, never order the potato chips with chicken. never once has it come out with the chicken warm in the middle of the chips. Always cold. here is a tip. heat the chicken before melting the cheese... omg brilliant!

The food is great but the service is horrible! Tony you are really letting us down! I call one night and there is no delivery because they "dont have a driver" I call a few nights later at 9pm and theyve "shut down delivery for the night" I get that you make more money if folks come in to the restaurant instead of just ordering delivey but $21 for a medium pizza is still a good ticket for a driver. Not to mention its the neighborhood people that keep your restaurant busy on the days you need it to be busy. Lose our support and youll lose that location just like you lost AP Crafters. At least act like you care about your neighbors. #trulydissapointed

I love their food and Im always pleasantly surprised when they bring my check. I have never tried their pizza, but it always looks delicious. I usually have a field green salad ($3), one of their chicken sandwiches ($7.50), and a glass (or two) of the McWilliams Shiraz ($6 ea). Their prices are consistent with other bar food/pizza joints; however, the quality of their ingredients is far superior. I try to eat here every time I visit Louisville.

They have a wide selection of pizza for just about any taste. Theyre certainly not cheap though. We paid $25 for two medium pizzas. One was a specialty and the other a plain old pepperoni. We phoned it and and they charged $11.39 for the medium pepperoni. When we got there, they were advertising a large pepperoni for $6.99, yet we still had to pay nearly double for a smaller pizza.

Its not a Papa Johns or Dominos Pizza. They have special pizzas. Thats what I meant. The food came out fast and enjoyed them much with my family! Its a bit pricy than those big pizza chains, but worth the money. One thing that I didnt appreciate was that the waiter kept looking at my wife and talked to her. I know that I have a beautiful wife, but he missed the point--I pay. lol...

There was five of us we all ordered a sandwich the three Italians came first five minutes before the steak and cheese ones did not a good thing when food is delivered half an half with a gap in between. Had to get my own drink with just three tables occupied very bad service. The Italian had way too much Italian sausage with little pepperoni or ham on it. Wont be back again

The pizza was a disappointment. In the spirit of full disclosure, we come from the Chicago pizza tradition (which includes thin crust, deep dish, and stuff). Particularly we found the sausage not sliced but diced. This makes the sausage hard to find when it hits the palate. The pizza needed more tomato sauce. The crust was not crispy enough. The service was very good.

I have been to this Boombozz several times for lunch or after work drinks. The service is consistently fast and friendly. The food is good with a large selection of pizzas, sandwiches and such. The meals are very reasonably priced for the quality, and are better than many other pizza / sandwich shops in the area.

The best pizza in Louisville, without a doubt. Has a great atmosphere with tons of flat screen TVs and a good range of craft beers. The menu was a win-win for both adults and kids (they really enjoyed the pizza cookie). Staff was quick and friendly. We will definitely eat there again.

Matt the bartender was extremely rude and non compliant with customers requests. How do you still work here? If this was my establishment Id have you terminated yesterday. Wont be visiting this location anytime soon again. Good food, terrible employee.

NEVER HAVE DELIVERY. I HAVE CALLED THIS PLACE AT LEAST 5 times over the last 6-8 months and its always the same story..." Sent the driver home early!" Its 9:15 and you are open till 11! Very irritating!
