Called in last night for a pizza and wings, the manager told me it would be 20 minutes for a delivery. I thought to my self that would be really fast and that that would be great however, 40 minutes into it I call them and they act almost as if they didnt know I placed a order. I heard the guy in the back ground saying it had left, now 40 minutes on a pizza I can handle that and that was expected. 20 minutes later I get a call "Hey your pizza is ready to be picked up" thats where I lost it. I asked for the manager who was the man that took my order and he told me I didnt tell him it was delivery and asked what I wanted to do about it. So I asked if they would delivery which they did and when I got it it was ice cold. Good job guys I will never order from this Sir Pizza again which sucks because I enjoy there food and they are really close.

I am not a fan of dogmatic statements like the guy under me. But what i do know is that Sir Pizza is the oldest pizza place in Lexington, and with all the new chains and competition in town now, it still does pretty good. Especially if they just opened a new store on South Broadway. Meaning it must be good pizza. So I say try it. Me personally, I like it a lot. I honestly love the hamburger and onion pizza, but they got lots of choices and specialty pizzas. Hope this helps:)

This place has our favorite pizza. It doesnt get 5 stars because the interior is in serious need of updating. They recently added new flooring and brightened the place up a bit, but the bathrooms are still pretty old like the rest if the place. Tea was old and sour the last time we ate here but the pizza was great as usual. I get the super saver (like a supreme). Maybe order it delivery or take out instead?

My favorite pizza! But the service SUCKS AT THIS ONE! There must be new owners. I dont recall Haji being there before. They give you one napkin, no salt n pepper shakers on the tables, no red peppers or cheese on tables, no silverware on tables, didnt come around once to see if I needed a re-fill. They saved on Mt Dew, but lost my future business!

I love pizza, and have been trying to sample Lexingtons various pizza places. This is without a doubt the worse pizza I have had in Lexington. 17 dollars got me a cold pizza with congealed cheese and two toppings. Fast delivery took almost an hour. I would recommend you look elsewhere if you are looking for delivery pizza in Lexington!

Went in at 11:30 on a Saturday. No other customers in the dining area. After 10 minutes, one server said, "Just a minute!" and disappeared into the kitchen. The delivery driver was chatting up a friend on his phone. After another 10 minutes, we left without ordering.

I called to order delivery. The gentlemen on the phone obviously didnt get english very well. I tried calling back to place order and they didn't bother answering the phone. I recommend the Broadway location. Cleaner and better service.

a major update in atmosphere would be an understatement. The tables and chairs look like theyre from the 70s. Although the pizza smells great but doesnt taste the same way. I think Id rather pick up my pizza at papa johns and dine at home.

The manager lied to me an was too coward to tell me that are scared to come down Trent. Richmond rd location said this location delivered my area. They said Id get a call back about it. Never did. Awful service.

I called to order, the guy who answered had a thick accent so I couldnt understand him. He started to get really sarcastic with me. This place will fail with service like this avoid like the plague.

Not awful service just NO service.. we got up and never ordered.... fist time that I walked out of a restaurant ever. Dont know how they keep the doors open.. good luck if you visit them...

Food was really good what they brought us that is. The crew seemed to be having some sort of meth attack while we were there. If we werent in a hurry we would have left.
