Holy smokes, this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Quiznos. We went in around 8:00pm and didnt leave until close to 8:30. There were two people working behind the counter and only one other person in front of us and they messed up that guys order probably three times. They also were completely out of steak which is what my husband wanted to order. The lady making myself asked me three times what sub I wanted, she was out to lunch and not paying attention at all. I was irritated when she put the wrong toppings on my sub and then swore right in front of me because she messed up. Super unprofessional, I wont be going back when it takes a half an hour just to make one sub.

I would have given 0 stars but to post you have to at least give 1. I placed our order at 8:05pm and received confirmation for delivery at 8:25pm which never came. The kiddos and I got antsy so I called the restaurant at 9:12pm (47 minutes after the confirmed delivery time) and no answer most likely now closed. What irks me the most is if they were lost or running behind they could have called. Its what I get for trying to ditch Jimmy Johns, JJ may forget our chips and/or cookies on a repetitive basis, but at least our subs arrive well made and promptly. Luckily Petrinos was open to save dinner for us! We wont be using Quiznos again.

I love the food. That is about it. They advertise delivery and I have successfully been able to get food delivered to me 1 time out of 6 that Ive tried. One day I tried calling in an order for delivery because it wouldnt let me choose that as an option online and I had to call 5 times before someone finally answered. Then of course when they did I was informed that they are "a little busy" and cant leave the store. I understand that things happen sometimes, but why advertise that you deliver if you never actually can? Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on, which is too bad because their subs are really great.

Havent visited in a couple years and went in with a BOGO coupon. There is definitely a way better vibe with new management since we were there years ago. Everyone always having fun and they actually remembered what we wanted the next time we went there. It has been about 2 months of consistently going there and have had nothing but top notch service(and food) each time. If you go there during lunch.....you will have a good time and get great service.

Food was fine, havent been to a Quiznos in a while so I took a minute to order. I was getting glared at the entire time by both of the people behind the counter, and Tim in particular was very rude. Took every opportunity he could to glare at me, got annoyed when my (partially deaf) girlfriend asked him to repeat something over the fans from the kitchen and toaster. I will not be likely to patronize this restaurant in the future.

We lost our Quiznos in Illinois, so we were so excited to find one on vacation! The staff here were so friendly, and the food was wonderful, just as we remembered. They have a featured sub of the day...I love that! This is a great place to eat, and the toasted sandwiches are better than anyone else!
