terrible service staff for breakfast! we brought in my mom and aunt from overseas along with my newborn who just turn two months old to celebrate my first mothers day. it was a busy sunday morning so we had the utmost patience for the slow service, and mediocre coffee however, waiting for over an hour with only coffee and orange juice on our table and our stomachs empty, one of us finally stood up and went over to the see whats going on. he was told the machine broke down so the food is not coming out for anyone but i noticed the tables that came long after us were getting food on their table. well, we finally had it and told the waitress that we were leaving. not only she was not apologetic for lying to us about the machine being broken down and then we later found out our orders just got in 10 minutes before we made the second trip to see whats going on but she also immediately turned around and cancelled the orders to the kitchen staffs the second we told her we were leaving. i never tried their food ( coffee was mediocre as i have mentioned and i cannot commend on orange juice since i was not the one ordering it ) but for the service and the waitress of this kind, i do not think i would be coming back for breakfast.

For the past 3 years, The WNI has been a favorite spot for my friends and myself to enjoy a relaxing night out, drink some wine and listen to the sweet sounds of The Soulz of Rhythm a.k.a. The Machines. We would make our way out to Fennville almost every night that this band was booked. However, I have heard that the Soulz/Machines are no longer on your band schedule, effective immediately. This shows very poor customer service on your part, let alone poor professionalism in your dealing with bringing in new entertainment for your customers. Every night we were there, this band had the WNI hopping, people dancing in the aisles and keeping your guests purchasing drinks, food and staying until the end of the evening. Unfortunately for you, I, along with my many friends and family will no longer be endorsing you or stepping foot into your establishment again. Bad, BAD decision on your part WNI.

The what not, was not, for lunch. The burger I got was pretty good for bar food, but that is what is was bar food, I guess it wasnt really what I was expecting, being recommended by one of the local wineries in town. it is definitively where the locals go but being there only being a handful of options. I would like to try for the pm sometime and take in some music.

Might have been an off night but what could go wrong went wrong. Server tried to keep a good attitude but everything went against him. Kitchen couldnt do anything right not just to our table. Most upset customers I have ever seen in one restaurant on one night. Will not return.

Horrible service. Took about ten minutes to get our drinks and it wasnt even busy. After waiting almost an hour to get our food, it wasnt even good. If you have a lot of time on your hands and enjoy cheap food, then this place is for you.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, service was good, waitress was nice but a little forgetful, but almost immediately fixed what was forgotten. The food was really good as well, Came out nice and hot. We will definitrly be coming back!

The waitstaff, the Perch dinner, and the Trio were all 5 star!!! Mark Kahney you rock the house. Its a busy little place, so you need to be patient......but so worth it!!!! Love this place!

Great place worth checking out. Music was wonderful. Open Mic night and it was old jazz band. Great food very pleasant atmosphere. Really enjoyed ourselves
