The Atomic Gunslinger
First time eating here. Had Chicken Lo Mein, egg rolls, crab rangoon, sesame chicken, orange chicken, fried rice, fried wontons, and wonton soup. I usually rate on the taste of crab rangoon. Here it was good but somewhat bland. Definitely bot the best but no where near the worst. The sesame chicken was also very bland. However the rest was quite delicious. The soup tasted fresh and nothing was overly greasy. The establishment was clean but truly a no frills hole in the wall type of place. Tables were clean and the staff was friendly. We plan to eat here again unless we find a better place in Corydon. I uploaded a more recent menu and pics of the joint.

We haved lived in the area for 12 years and Shanghai has the best chinese food around. If you want buffet then this is not the place for you but they give you so much food you dont need a buffett. They do have a small buffett M-F for lunch only. Dine in and take out are their main source of business. The food is great and the staff is always friendly. If you like chinese food then you will love this family owned restaurant.

Best Crab Rangoon Ive ever tasted! Generous portions :9 I generally call in a carry out order, as it takes 10-15 minutes for an order to be ready. The employees are very polite and helpful, but they usually only have one person attending the dining area at slower times, so you cant be in a rush if youre dining in.

Possibly the best Chinese food Ive ever had the pleasure of eating. Being from Evansville, Indiana Ive made special plans to take my wife on a date to Shanghai. Its that good. The place is family owned and operated. I really appreciate that in this age of franchise eateries.

Love the food here...I have not tried everything yet but the Beef and Broccoli is awesome !! The Beef with Black Mushrooms ...awesome !! And my husband loves the Combination Fried Rice !! The Hot & Sour soup is awesome !!!

Shanghai is the best food for the money. Soups, eggrolls and drinks are only a dollar. The taste beats any place around. The decor is a little outdated, but the food and prices make up for it.

Have gone there for years. This time the food was average. The owners screaming children running through the restaurant did not help. The crab Rangoon is the best I have ever had.

Came here from Lexington KY and this place is horrible one small bar of food undercooked flat soda even the desert was bad. I wouldnt recommend it. Eat at your own risk.

Nice no frills family owned and operated restaurant. Mom covers the dining and guest needs while.Dad prepares some great dinners from his kitchen. Love Shanghai!
