I asked the person taking my order a question and she simply ignored to answer me, though she did my request. Then when we pull up to pay the person taking my money never said thank you, greeted me, just took my money and walked away. When the person handed me my blizzards I made certain to say thank you each time. She never said you welcome, come again, or even have a nice day. Very poor customer service. As someone whose worked in fast food management I understand that night shift is more challenging to find workers who meet high standards. However, do parents not teach their kids how to be respectful any more? The only reason I gave two stars is because the service was fast and because the ice cream was good. Work on your customer service and you could be five stars!

Stopped in on April 29 2016. Person running counter seen like she was mad. Did not smile or have very good customer interaction. My husband ordered a chili cheese dog. When he received it the cheese was not melted, (shredded cheese) the chili and hot dog was cold. He took it back and the girl at the counter yell back to the back I need a chili cheese dog that is hot. We left before we got it my husband said that they should have made it right the first time. Dairy Queen must have changed there requirement for customer service when I worked for them customers came first. I was taught if you wont eat it dont serve it.

Place COULD be great with proper management. Floor around drink machine was very wet. No caution sign and spill was tracked throughout eating area. Great blizzard.. But I had mine 1/2 gone and husband had not received his. We finally ask for it..

Slow slow slow. Ordered 2 chili dogs a small drink and a small blizzard. 20 min to get order and we werent the only ones waiting. Sow went back up and asked. It seemed to me hat they were taking care of drive thru first. My opinion.

dont have a sign that says "all day $5 lunch" when u dont do it in the morning. and the ice cream machines are down. thank you for a great start to my morning. Sincerely, a pissed off hungry person. :)

Food was good. Only one sandwich was messed up. Waited 20 minutes for our food. They apologized and gave us coupons for the wait, however, the coupons expired 5 months ago.
