Food was done quick but the fish was terrible , I figured I would try the fish as a last ditch effort, what a disappointment that was the broasted potatoes are still amazing but the coleslaw went downhill and the chicken is like rubber I dont know how anybody on here says that its good chicken is not supposed to be chewy like taffy .. last three times I went there I fed the chicken to my dog.

The rudes Manager Ive ever encountered. If you order for a large party please ask for the basic condiments like ketchup and hot sauce. No to mention orders have to be placed a week prior, in order to get these items added to your order. According to the Manager of this location. If I could give -0 stars thats exactly what they would get. Customer services goes along way.

Horribly disappointed. I was so excited to finally try this place. I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes for my food. 45 minutes later I finally got it and my 9 dollar chicken sandwich contained less chicken than a chicken tender. They say no refunds on the register but luckily they gave me one. Either way such a waste of 45 minutes and I wont be going back.

As I am eating my chicken and I bite into it. It was not done I took it back to the counter. And the young lady at the register walked and the young man that cooked my food. Comes and explains that he prepared the chicken and it was prepared and it was done. And I showed him the blood and he did offer me another meal. But I lost my appetite and I wanted a refund.

Not the best chicken Ive ever had, but definitely some of the priciest. I was told this was the place for fried chicken, but honestly, the Krogers fried chicken is better, plus I dont have to pay 5 times market value for chicken. Staff was rude and lethargic, I will not be returning here or to any other location.

Ordered the Grilled Chicken and it was burned excessively. I cant imagine them not realizing that people in general do not eat burned to a crisp chicken. Would not recommend!

They took way too long, the prices are too high and there was a roach crawling around. We left it was not a good experience. Which is sad because they use to be really good.
