I went there for a casual dinner with my family, all girls 3 adults 2 children (5 &8). Upon our arrival there was a wait. To be expected on a Friday night. We are seated by a group of young girls that were extremely loud it looked like a party they took up 3 tables. Our water to 30 mins to come greet us an extra 10 mins to bring out our water 45 mins to bring out our salad and 1 hr to get our breadsticks. Anywayswe finally order, the waiter himself says it takes 5mins to make our food it wouldnt take long at all. Our appetizers finally came out we have now eaten 2 bowls of salad some breadsticks and our appetizers were now complete as well still no food. The waiter never refilled our drinks nor removed the empty dishes from our table. The food arrives finally another waitress has brought it out. I ask to speak to a manager. She said since I requested a manager we didnt want our food. The manager comes out sit down next to my cousin as if he was part of the family. we explain the dissatisfaction of the service he apologize says the waiter is new and its because of the party. I say a party equals a full house what is the difference be agreed I was right and said he would handle the situation. Meaning he got up and did nothing he did not comp our check, he did not take of anything nothing was done. I very dissatisfied the food taste like they were stretching the sauce adding more water than sauce it was flavorless. It was horrible we paid our check and left a $20 tip. That read do better.

Ive been to this location many times and have always enjoyed it while eating there. However, the to go staff needs more training. I ordered extra Alfredo sauce not realizing they were giving me a pint instead of a small side and charged me an extra $5, which has never happened to me. Theyd give me a small side and charge maybe around $2.50 or so. Anyways, then I asked for extra breadsticks since my meal only came with two. The guy told me that since I was ordering the side of Alfredo it comes with an additional 4 (making it 6) so I was like cool then I dont need to order extra if Im getting an additional 4. Got there, paid even though it seemed oddly high but that places prices are through the roof anyways so didnt think much of it, got home and saw it was this huge thing of Alfredo and I had a total of two breadsticks .... So a pint of Alfredo that they charged me $5 for went to waste and I dont live near enough to drive clear all the way back. I guess I shouldve checked why I paid so much and shouldnt assumed it was all there, but as customers paying that much for food, we shouldnt have to when its something as simple as sauce and bread. Nice people but they are careless on what they are doing, and for that, Ill take my to go business somewhere else where they can get something so simple, right without over charging me and causing an inconvenience. Other than the careless to go workers, the waiters there are awesome!

I have to say overall I do like this place. The staff have been good with my...pickiness. I love the endless soup and salad, especially if its a group of us going out to chat and warm our bellies. The pastas have been good as well. I suppose the reason why I only say 4 stars is for a few reasons. One that is hard to control is the prime time wait for seating. The other is the pricing..its always been a bit high. I imagine that is because the wine tie ins have not been selling to their previous potential. And lastly, one issue that can actually be corrected, the meats. I have tried a few chicken dishes lately and each time have been disappointed. Its been more like a pressed chicken pattie instead of an actual chicken breast. The wait staff have allowed me to swap shrimp or an alt protein to satisfy me, but each time I hope for good chicken. Overall, again, I do like this place and their variety and service...I just feel a couple things should be addressed before it continues to decline.

Terrible ! on Friday, Nov 6, 2015 We (7) arrived @5 PM. There were many empty tables but were told that they were being held for many large parties...and We were told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, after asking about our status, we were told that the next table for 7 were for us. Another 30 minutes (60 minutes all together), we were no tables were ready yet. It appears that a track/field meet was in the area and many/most of the tables were for them (bus load after bus load). We decided to leave. We wished that the manager would have told us at the beginning that (1) he didnt know how long the wait would be or (2) it was over an hour...so we can decide if we wanted to wait or not. I believe the the manager mismanaged informing us and others about the wait time and did not anticipate the many track teams that were arriving. We/7 will never return

Our two orders of parmesean chicken were dry and way overcooked; so much so that the edges were like croutons. And I shouldnt expect an Italian restaurant to cook a decent steak but they should definitely know the difference between well done, medium, and rare. My wife ordered the Tuscany steak medium. The first one came out completely gray and well done. The second one arrived at our table absolutely raw in the middle. I am not exagerating; it was raw. The manager took that steak back and refired it to make it something close to medium but that of course, dried it out past the help of A1. Removing the steak from our bill and offering us free desserts as a comp after we finished two rounds of salad and breadsticks was a nice attempt at saving the meal but fell short. I felt bad for our poor server being put through this by their kitchen staff.

The decor is lovely and the staff are friendly. However, we find the food just average and way overpriced. I ordered the vegetable lasagna. It was tasty, but the serving size was about what you would get with a Weight Watcher frozen meal. The little serving of lasagna looked pathetic sitting on the large serving dish. It is great that they offer "all you can eat" salad, but one bowl of the pale salad is enough. Our salad was loaded with dried out croutons. I also wish they would ask if you want the olives. Please give my serving to someone else that enjoys them! Ninety percent of the meals are $15.99 and up. When we have a taste for Italian, we will be returning to several local family run Italian meals where the prices are more reasonable.

I went there for lunch with my husband and sister in law. I never thought I would see the day you have to completely finish your entire order before you get salad and bread! I hate the way Olive Garden is ran now! I been a customer for damn near 20 years. I always remember being able to eat as much salad as possible and no rules or obligations to do so!! If your buying food period salad should be complementary! If you buy an appetizer thats more expensive than a meal it should be ok to get the salad. Smh this is why I will just take my business to Long Horn! The only reason why I came is because I had a coupon for a free appetizer but honestly it was ok wasnt even hot. I will definitely be calling corporate!
