The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food chain. For starters, I was expecting good, fresh food especially with the crowd there. We eventually get to the register to order(the lady was extremely nice thats the one and ONLY thing good about that place)... Well, I get to the tables to sit my family down and the tables were DISGUSTING! I had to wipe them down the best I could with napkins. I go to the buffet bar to fix my kids plate and there is absolutely nothing on the bar. Okay, maybe a little but barely anything in the containers and it was cold, dried out & horrible. My husband and another customer had to ask for them to put coleslaw out twice and it still took 20 mins. The trash cans were running over in the floor, the drink machine area was just awful, the floor and all tables were coated with food and trash, etc. The worst part of all, a friend who joined us at dinner opened up her cup to fill it back up with tea(that was out again) and their was a nat dead at the bottom of her cup. She spent 15 minutes in the parking lot puking her guts out while every employee was standing outside smoking their cigarette and laughing amongst the group of them. I all but lost my cool, but managed to hold my composure and be the adult I am. Never and I mean NEVER AGAIN will we eat there again, probably at any KFC after that disaster. After the reviews I have read, they should shut this place down or get new staff and stricter management. I wouldnt have even give this dump a one star, but I had to in order to write a review. AHHHHH! The worst $30 I have ever spent. Seriously. Not even exaggerating! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING!

These are the most Racist people we have ever dealt with. We waited in line for 45 minutes and when we finally get up to counter to order a 20 pc meal we are told they dont have any chicken.We can clearly see chicken when people in other line are ordering and cashier pulls out the pan,.then we are told sorry if you dont like what youre being told and that if they were us they just would not place a order. The most RUDE attitude and that was all of them not just our cashier. They looked at us rolled theyre eyes and said thats just the way it was. We told them to stick it and left. Dont ever go there if you are white. Also while they told us that...., they continued to wait and serve people in line that were Cherokee. Racist Bastards, I will continue to tell this to people where ever I go. I did not want to give the 1 star, nut in order to post you have to rate something. I would rate them negative 0.

The worst KFC ov ever been 2. I got the buffet and they had a few pieces so I got back up there was no chicken for 13 minutes. I only got 1 breast because other people was also waiting. They were out of all the types of chicken, mashed patatoes. The chicken I got wasnt even done all the way (multiple people also said that as well) There ice machine was down and while I was getting my order placed a little Asain girl licked the spoon they had in a bucket dipping the ice out and stuck it back in there Mutiple people told the workers and they didnt do anything so I got it out and handed it personally to a worker so they could do something about it they ran the spoon under water and put it back in the ice without even replacing the ice and served people ice that didnt know. The only good thing I seen was A shorter black girl that made sure everything in the lobby was taken care of. Would not return.

Visited 8/11 8:30pm. Tables dirty, floors dirty, drink dispenser area dirty, service counters dirty. Buffet dirty, food old, cold, and absolutely inedible looking. A couple employees appeared to be trying, others including young man standing around in the back flapping his gloves together appeared to not be trying at all. Two very distinguished gentlemen said they know the owner and were taking pictures and were going to tell him about the conditions. Absentee owners do not get a pass on conditions this deplorable but must carry much of the blame. Heres hoping it makes a difference. It wont matter to this patron. Ill never stop here again and will be sure to pass along the warning.

Employees work very slow, and dont care bout customers or their store. My wife and I walk-in in the store was nasty napkins ketchup packages straw packages just all over the floor ketchup stains on the tables we ordered our food at 6:28 p.m. did not receive our food until 6:58 p.m. while waiting we went ahead and got our drinks they had no Lids no sweet tea and the refreshment area was just as nasty as the rest of the store I mentioned something to the assistant manager asked why it took so long on the food and why they cant clean up bear Bridge area and he told me thats not his problem very very unhappy with the customer service will not ever go back

It sucked had no chicken what so ever. Service sucked also the lady working cash register was acting like a flipping snob I ask what kinda of sauce they had for the popcorn chicken and u would of thought it killed her to say what kind they had I dont care about the sauce but it was for my 2yr old and it was like she wasnt listening at all to my order I said the popcorn chicken for 2.99 and ended up paying for the meal on everything that I order what the hell. Thats not all they had nats flying around every were and nasty ass mop water sitting around I definitely do not recommend this place at all for anybody

Pretty dirty and gross inside. The floor was filthy and customers had no regard for sanitation. I pretty much lost my appetite watching the people eat in this place. This location has a buffet. I watched a grown man eat a chicken breast like a wild animal, lick all 5 of his fingers on one hand all at once then proceed to go back up to the buffet. Meaning he touched on all serving utensils with his dirty, freshly licked hands. Probably the dirty fast food place Ive ever been to and thats saying a lot . Didnt realize their sanitation score was 94 until we were done eating.

Horrible- Absolutely nasty conditions- Floor covered with trash, including dropped food. Ate there today, 8/9/2015 around 7:15 pm. Not many eating. Almost all tables were dirty where folks had eaten and had not been cleaned. Was hard to find a decently clean table to sit at. The trash containers were all full, no room to place our trash. Rest rooms were filthy. Overall, My wife and I were disgusted at these conditions. Would not go back there.

They are so nice here. I come here a couple times per year. Today I came for wings and because I had to wait they gave me a drink free. Then this nice young lady named Angel came to me when my order was ready. Then to top it off when I was leaving she came over and went out of her way to open the door for me. No reason to except to be nice, I only had one bag. And her smile was great, all of them smile!!!
