Went to Taco Bell in Live Oak,FL , to get lunch. Ordered 8 soft shelled tavos, received 6, but paid for 8. Went in to get the 2 we was shorted, and the manager Kim Williams, was rude as hell Like we was going to rip off a million do)ar company for two tacos. She argued that she made the order, she couldnt admitt she screwed up, I demanded my food.and she finally gave me what I ordered. I will never visit this store ever again, she lacks customer service skills, she should never be a manager ever. And I had more tortilla shell than anything, think all you get is a teaspoon meat and cheese, Kim Williams you are the rudest manager Ive ever seen, you shouldnt be a manager.

The cashiers are friendly an they always help you by explaining whats in a food item. The food is always hot & fresh an you dont have to wait long to get it. An if you go through the drive thru an they happen to forget something an you drive away an dont look in your bag. You can always call them an they will give you the item on your next visit free..

I came into to use their free internet and was amazed at how friendly the staff were. The promptly greeted every customer who walked into the store, they were fast in getting the food made and were just over all very awesome to deal with. Great store with great personnel! I would return here again to eat if I were to ever pass thru the area again.

Best fast food place in Live Oak. Service is always fast, accurate and most importantly, polite. The dinning area is always being cleaned so tables dont stay dirty long after other customers leave. I used to dislike Taco Bell, but this store really changed my opinion.

Cant get an order right to save their lives. If it wasnt for them being open later than most fast food restaurants they wouldnt be in business. On the plus side, the staff was very upbeat and friendly even at 11:45 pm

Same layout, normal place, I liked one main thing, and they saw that I looked "Different" and asked if they should remove some ingredients making sure I was safe, and was allowed to eat it.

though its not a real Mexican restaurant, i do love alot of their things on the menu. steak bowl was my favorite but they have discontinued this item, I am fond of the chalupas now.
