I love Bad Brads BBQ, but they need to warn patrons about the tortilla chips, they are far too greasy. I ate the BBQ Nachos last night and had the absolute worst acid indigestion. Im talking woke me up in PAIN. I had to force myself to puke just to relieve some of the acid buildup in my upper GI. It wasnt pleasant. The problem, I think, was with the chips. Maybe they absorbed too much oil during the cooking process? Cooked before the oil was hot enough? I dont know. Regardless, I still love Brads. I love everything on their menu - except for the chips. They do BBQ really well and their easily the top BBQ joint in the Detroit Metro, aside from Slows, which is also excellent. I hope they do something about those chips, though, because aside from the horrible heartburn they were delicious!

Everything is awesome. Ive known this for a long time, but last night sealed the deal when I wanted something"light" and got the smoked turkey salad. Youd think meat would be their only focus, but every veggie on the salad was absolutely 100% fresh. I can be really unforgiving about produce, so this is kind of a big deal to me. Otherwise Ive had several of their sandwiches, burgers, and their famous macaroni and cheese, and can vouch for everything being amazing. The nachos were slightly too salty. There, in case you wondered whether this was a fake review, I found something not stellar to say.

Good people. Terrible attempt at bbq. Greasy brisket. Tastes like boiled meat with grease. Mac n cheese is greasy n overpowering. Lacking drink options. No 2liters or fountain drinks. Do any bbq places use smokers or cook with wood. Just like the place down the road from them who also boils then uses artificial flavor for the meat. You cant fake bbq n smoked meats with flavor adders. Please do the right thing and make good food. Nice building a decor inside. Good food equals 5 stars. I will check back soon and update.

Pulled pork was phenomenal and beans were as well. Price is a tiny bit high, but I will gladly pay over and over and over again for the quality I received(especially since you can go to Subway and get barely a fraction of the amazing for the same price). Wait time was extremely minimal and they were all very friendly. Great job guys, well worth it!

OM Goodness!!!!! You need to eat Candy Pig at Bad Brads. A small taste of food heaven! The pulled pork, ribs, smoked turkey were all delicious! The greens are fantastic! Thank you for the recommendation, little brother!!! I definitely recommend! Im pretty sure no matter what time of year you go, youll feel like its summer

Never been disappointed once. Pig candy, campfire nachos, the Pick 3, its all amazing. K Stieber - So you went to a BARBEQUE restaurant and expected a great SALAD? Do you get pissed when you go to the gas station and the hot dogs suck? Just go buy a head of lettuce and eat that.

I normally like Bad Brads food, but I just ordered a salad and it was awful. The mixed greens were going bad and were all mushy and gross, the avocado had a black spot on 1/4 of it, and the chicken was dry and burnt on the edges. Will not order a salad from here ever again.

My fiancé and I would always drive past this place. Hes been interested in trying it for a while now. We finally decided to go and give it a try and I fell in love! The service was great and the food was awesome! I plan to go back for sure.

Only restaurant that has lured me in by smelling it! My first time coming here I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with 123 Sauce and the sauce was truly something special. The Mac N cheese was perfect. Ill be back

Hate to say this but definitely name Bad Brads for a reason. Food is over priced and when I have called for a carry out order it is never on time. I have tried two of their locations and just wasnt up to par.

23 mile location. Long wait for seating and I know why. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced, great rustic atmosphere. If you like Famous Dave’s, you’ll love Bad Brads Barbecue.

It is a "take out only" place, but it is still the same food as its "eat in" counterpart. Quick service, get your food in about 10 minutes. Friendly staff, cool looking interior.
