We were there with a party of 8 on Sunday. They told us a 20-25 minute wait, the lobby and vestibule were very full but we found a place in the vestibule to wait out our time. We checked twice to see our place on the list but remained in the vestibule and 3 or so times, a hostess came out to call a party for a table. At the 30 minute mark, I heard a name called, opened the door to confirm, told the hostess our name, was told they were cleaning our table however the hostess immediately turned to the other hostess and said our name had been crossed out. A minute or so later she came to the door and asked if 2 booths would work and I said no. We were a party of 8 with 3 kids under 8 and a baby. She went back inside...and 3 minutes later, came back out and led us to....2 BOOTHS! Asking if this would work. I said..NO. I already stated this and this is unacceptable. However...the kids were hungry, we had plans after brunch so we really had no option. There was a brief, insincere apology by the hostess and but no follow up from the manager. Our server was nice, competent and the food arrived, cooked to order in a timely manner. The only issue was our family outing was not enjoyed as a family!

My 3 friends and I were there on a saturday at 11pm and we never got seated... There were plenty of open tables and it was our group and a group before us at first and the group before us got seated and we were thinking ok hell come back and seat us next...nope. We sat there for 20-25 minutes looking around making eye contact with employees and nothing. It was completly ridiculous and the fact we counted atleast 10 tables that were open was just like a slap in the face. We were never told how long of a wait it would be nor did we get any service whats so ever. We hit the point where we left because it was getting so ridiculous. I will never go back to this IHOP again. Sorry but if you want even decent service youll have better luck trying to get ice cream from mcdonalds...

Breakfast food is good anywhere. Honestly. The same omlets are available down the street at Dennys. The customer service on the other hand is horrible. I walked in an noticed its quite busy on a Sunday, the girl at the front desk did not even greet us, just a, how many? and wrote my name down. I stood there and waited for her to give me an estimated time, but she was too busy conversating with the other hostess. After sitting there for a couple of minutes I got up to ask her how much longer. The answer I got wasnt even an answer. Just a not too long, your name is coming up. Never again.

Absolutely the worst 2 experiences I have had are the only 2 times I have been to ihop. The food is horrible, the service is by far the worst I have ever had. Was with some coworkers and had terrible service, took 45 minutes for our bill. When we asked for a manager it took him 15 minutes to finally come to our table with his coat on like he was leaving. Wouldnt even take the gratuity off our bill, but offered for all 8 of us to come in next time and eat for free. None of us will go back, ever! Not even for free!

Very poor customer service. The waiters and the girl at the cash register was very disrespectful. I did not even get a chance to answer my question. She walked away. Me and family could not eat our food peacefully. They keep coming to our table to bother us about different things. Also we could not take our time to eat because they kept rushing us to get finish with our food, once they delivered it.

Oh.. My.. God.. This place looks like a tornado went through here. The floors look like a herd of 2 year olds had a food fight and the bathrooms are trashed. I realize that the road is under construction, but the inside of the resturant shouldnt look like it too.. The only saving grace is that out waiter was awesome. So, cleanleness:0/10, food: 7/10, wait staff :8/10.

Somethings wrong with management staff run like chickens with their heads out of place. I got my salad like if I asked for a bag of lettuce. Service takes quote a long time before and after order is taken. Just curious if they had too many wait staff this particular morning. Our waitress was a total sweetheart, just slight sad look on her face.

Went with a group of 8. Service takes a long time. That one waitress is slow and forgetful. We wanted to split the bill fourways. Gave the waitress 4 cards. 15 minutes later she came back with 3 cards. She lost it and would not apologize. The whole time we were searching she avoided us. Terrible manager didnt take care of the issue.

We were here on the 22st of July was not real busy my sisters first time visit her food was so cold red velvet pancakes so cold the cream chesee frosting would not melt side order of sausage links so cold as if they came from the refrigerator. But came back today and was empty again food was awesome.

O.M.G. slow. Terrible service, waited for 5 minutes to be seated and the place was half empty. Waited another 10 minutes to get drinks ordered and now we have waited 30 minutes after food was ordered and nothing. Im writing this review while we are waiting for our food.

Food was made wrong and cold by the time we got it, then manager and cook started arguing first in English then spanish, some white people know spanish also fyi. Place was dirty and food was horrible, dont go here!

Stopped by on our way home from vacation. Wait wasnt too bad, maybe 5-10 minutes. The food was quick and delicious. Definitely worth stopping for some breakfast if youre traveling through the area.

Since they are open 24/7, we were able to get something to eat that was not fast food later in the evening. Good friendly, service. Not necessarily quickest cooked food, but very good.

The staff on hand seemed friendly. Not a long wait considering it was an after church rush. Food was what youd expect for an IHOP and came in an acceptable amount of time.

10 out of 10. Easily the most interesting, lovey experience Ive ever had at a dinner. Charlotte is amazing. Thanks for telling us about the pancakes. Youre a good sport.

Had to wait for quite sometime on the July 4th weekend. This place is really busy even at 11am for breakfast!!! Food was good, just like any IHOP. Staff was helpful.

It was ok, however the bathrooms were dirty and mgmt was reading a book and blocking the doorway with team members oogling a guest. Poor mgmt so I will not be back

Well 1st of all the waitress never offered us no drinks or asked if we was ready to order after 10 minutes I got up and left. Dinner was empty!
