I normally dont leave reviews because I understand server have a hard time. But this was the worst restaurant experience I ever had. Had us pull to the side because they had to cook an item we ordered. 10 minutes later they delivered our food. Missing what we were waiting on and another item. And the food was cold. I dont mean that it sat on the counter and wasnt hot. It was COLD like out of a refrigerator, I dont even know how they managed that. When we requested they fix our order they brought it back and it was completely wrong. A drink we didnt order and food that wasnt what we ordered. I think they tried to give us someone elses order to get rid of us. When we didnt accept it the person acted angry at us and took our original bag of food back and slightly warmed it so it was room temperature, and finally made the 2 things we were missing. Then they lost it and by the time they brought it back to us none of it was hot again. Absolutely the most horrible service I have ever had at a restaurant.

This is the SLOWEST BK that ever existed. For a little bit it seemed they had their act together. A new girl started and the slowest it ever was they blamed on a new sytem, but I I was there maybe 5 minutes. She has not been there the last few days and today it looked like there were only 2 people working. From the time I ordered until I actually got my food it was 10 minutes!! That is ridiculous. It is the only BK on my way to work so I do not have an option to go to a different one. Which brings me to another issue. My Bacon Egg & Cheese Croisanwhich is NEVER hot. I do not usually eat it until I get to work, 5 mins away, but it is not even warm!! It is a shame the employee are extremely nice and friendly, but they are SO slow. The only exception is MORGAN! I wish she was there everyday. I hate having a cold sandwhich but I have gotten used to it. Just wish they were not so SLOW! Dont bother trying to send feedback on the website. Would not except any comments I put it.

This is the complaint that I filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, "This restaurant is the filthiest eating establishment Ive ever seen. It doesnt look anything gets wiped down, cleaned or mopped. There are food smudges and stains all over the tables, windows and the floor. This includes the kitchen area. I had to use a napkin to throw my food into the garbage can because I was afraid to touch it with my bare hands. Some parts of the restaurant have standing liquid from drinks that have been spill and it appears that it had been sitting for awhile. The pop (soda) machine had a noticeable unpleasant order bout it. I ending throwing my food away because I was concerned about its safety. It appears that nobody is really running the restaurant. I sure hope that the owners are saving a lot of money by not employing a manager because theyre getting ripped off if they are."

I live 5 minutes away, but drive all the way to Hwy 77 in Lynn Haven to the McDonalds on some days because this place is so bad. ...This is just for a cup of coffee and maybe a breakfast sandwich that I drive an extra 10 miles for because I cant trust the Hwy 231 Burger King. I try and avoid this food establishment at all costs. I have waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, I have seen 15-20 cars leave the drive thru line and drive away in disgust. I have received food that certainly I had to throw away and could not eat on several occasions. Of the times that I have eaten in, I agree, dirty counter tops, dirty table tops, yikes. The drive thru is a mess under the window outside. The place is not being run properly and business would probably increase 10-20 % just by cleaning the place and serving edible food. Its terrible.

I went there today and the team members did wonderfully taking my order. It was very busy and you can see they were trying very hard to keep up with it. Very pleasant, good customer service, considering the treatment they were getting from their manager. I know shes new to that particular store, only a couple of weeks, but what I saw made me so angry. She was so rude, impatient, disrespectful and just not interacting with the workers in a way that would encourage good results from them. Its no wonder why so many people have quit in the past couple of weeks. Coincidence?

Would totally give zero stars if I could. Horrible management! How hard is it to get an order right??! First, I asked for military discount and after them taking my I.D. card (which they arent supposed to do)for 5 minutes, I check my receipt and NO DISCOUNT! I ordered a very simple meal of 20 chicken nuggets and I received half chicken nuggets amd half chicken fries!! These people expect a raise and cant even take a simple order???! I went in and got my money refunded. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!

My wife and I used to love going and grabbing breakfast but the last 4 months have been awful and its getting worse. This passed Sunday we ordered our biscuits and ended up getting croissants. This is the second time in a row they have done this. Our tots tasted so old that it made us feel sick after eating it. We didnt have time to turn around because we were going to work. I dont ever want to eat at this place again. I regret going there every time.

We went through drive through at 1:20ish on 12/21/2016. We asked for the 2 for $10 whopper deal add cheese to both and onion rings on both and a classic dog. She repeated the order back saying with cheese on the whopper. Get home of course no cheese. Wouldnt be a dig deal except its a constant thing with that place lately. If you repeat it back to the customer there is no reason for you to get it wrong. Come on guys.

I hope they get some better management or employees soon. The last 4 times Ive been to this burger king, my order was either wrong or old and cold food. Not only that, my husband and I got sick after one of these visits. We kept giving them a shot because there is not many places to eat out at on 231. I will not be back here until they have some new management.

This place is terrible. Food tastes old. Fries taste like theyve been recooked and are either soggy or so hard you cant eat them. The burgers are a sloppy mess. Customer service is pretty bad, a lot of times the person at the drive thru wont say thank you or they act like its a chore to serve you. Their tables inside are sticky. I refuse to ever eat there again

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Went through the drive through and was greeted and told to hold on and they never returned. Went inside and the employees advised it was the manager and they expressed how much they hated her. Will never go here again and would never recommend it to anyone.
