Outstanding breakfast in a nice comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the banana granola pancakes which were very large, about 9 inches in diameter and had cranberries as well. They were reminiscent of the old Lynns Paradise Café restaurant pancakes. Two of them were plenty (1 would have been enough). I also ordered fried potatoes, which were made from fresh potatoes. The meal was very tasty and the prices were very reasonable, with two pancakes costing $6. The total meal for a drink and the food was about $12. The waitress had come by to ask how I liked the food, but I was still pouring the syrup on my pancakes, but the service was attentive. The decor is pleasantly appointed and has the look of a barn, but nicely furnished. They had a variety of seating with many of them having thick plush cushions which were very comfortable. I arrived a little after 7 AM and there was plenty of seating.

Went there a couple weeks after having surgery. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, came with an egg and potatoes. I ate maybe half of the egg. It tasted odd and I really thought my taste buds were off. It tasted like it was going bad almost. I should have sent it back. Then the turkey sausage looked pink. I had it before and it always looked like that. But it looked really pink. I got food poisoning and I have several medical issues that make it worse on me. I was sick for 2 weeks before feeling decent. I called them and the manager didnt seem to care. He gave a half apologetic response. I know I should have sent it back, but again, I had surgery and my taste buds were off and have been off since then. The turkey sausage always looks a little pink. After the managers response, I dont think Ill return and Ill be calling someone about the cleanliness of the food.

My first visit to FW was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed it very much and set about recommending the restaurant to everyone I knew. However my subsequent visits were very disappointing. I am a Bacon & Eggs person. Fresh Bacon & Eggs. I will order bacon & eggs for lunch. In my last three visits my Bacon is stale, my eggs over cooked, my tomatoes mushy and my english muffin stale and hard. Of course when I complain they always cook my order over and serve up a fresh plate (except for the bacon which is always stale). I am loosing interest in this restaurant fast. The service is always good and the restaurant appears to be clean. Its all about the food for me. There is a big sign in the store that says "Fresh" and I want to know why my food is never fresh?

Ate here for a change of pace this morning. Overall a nice a place to relax and enjoy breakfast. Service was great, place was nice and clean. Food is a little high priced for my taste. I got the bacado omellete which was as plain jane as they come. It wasnt even super hot nor were my potatoes. The banana granola pancake was crazy good though. Only downfall was my girlfriends dish showed up and there was a ladybug crawling around on her greens. Luckly for them shes a hippie and loves ladybugs and wanted to se it free. Some others customers wouldnt have been so understanding. The cook prepared her food again but never once did we receive a sorry from the manager. Overall a decent place but I doubt well return anytime soon.

Went today and had a great breakfast! The Eggs Benedict was delicious and the coffee was good. The service was prompt and friendly and I will most certainly make a return trip. My only disappointment was that instead of fresh half and half they use those little plastic cups. Not only does this take away from taste of the coffee, it is not environmentally friendly. If they are truly half and half, I wouldnt think having them sit in a bowl on the table would be a safe process. I hope you reconsider using fresh .... Thanks

We avoided a 20-minute wait by sitting at the "community table" and it was no big difference at all. Service was excellent. Decor was modern but familiar. And the food was surprisingly top-notch. I had a potato hash dish and my girlfriend ate Belgian waffles. Coffee was a bit expensive but entrees were almost all under $10. Well probably be back!

Great friendly staff, nice atmosphere, but I felt it was overpriced for what you were recieving. The food was tasty and good but not "rave" worthy. The fresh juice and jelly was good. My main complaint was prices. I ordered a cup of juice, a small side of fruit, and a skillet and spent $25 for a single person at breakfast I feel thats pricy.

Met a friend for lunch here last week. They are just open for breakfast & lunch. Fairly new. Great wait staff and the menu is good. There are a lot of healthy dishes but do not be afraid to give it a try. Everything I have had has been right on. If you want to take something off of a dish, they are accommodating. Enjoy!

The only thing I dont like is paying at one register on the way out. I much prefer paying at the table. One register on the way out, with others waiting behind you puts the pressure on when you are trying to juggle wallet, card or cash, glasses & do math - nope! Take our pymt. at the table! Please.

Food was pretty good but service was not!! Long wait to be greeted/sat and then almost left because nearly 15 mins went by before a server came over. Food arrived timely and tasted good but no pepper on the tables and server never offered any. Ill stick with the Hurstbourn location next time.

Great prices, healthy choices, and great service... This was the first time my wife and I had breakfast here and it wont be our last.I love the cleanliness of the establishment and the decor. Im a cracker barrel man but if your watching your waste line this is a great alternative.

Great setting, great service but the food was moderately good and over priced. Asked for steel cut oatmeal and received regular oatmeal hidden under a bed of bananas and strawberries in a small bowl for $7.29. NOT what I expected. Wild Eggs is probably a better choice.

Only four stars because of the service...The food and beverage was fabulous but the service was just okay - it really erks me when servers dont utilize all sides of the table to SERVE - they just pass it down the line or make you reach accross the table to get meal...

Service was odd...servers stood around talking to each other by the front door most of the time I ate breakfast. It was like the manager was away. Even serving the food was like they werent paying attention. I thought the food and service was over priced.

Not a bad place to stop for some breakfast, but not nearly my favorite. Doesnt have the most inviting feel, and some of the food is more unusual than tasty. Im all for experimentation and trying new things, but taste shouldnt take a back seat to novelty.

I meet a group of friends once a month for lunch. We meet at First Watch quite often because of the variety and freshness of the food. Their sweet pecan salad with tomato basil soup is my favorite. Try it out, Im sure youll enjoy it!
