I agree with a previous post. The ONE waitress was friendly, but service was terrible because they did Not have enough people. The seats were filthy, and I had to wipe it down before sitting. I had to call the waitress over so they could take our order, after waiting for about 20 minutes. They ran out of chicken, French fries, and Nutella. Seems like a common occurrence. When they brought out our food they had substituted sour cream for the white cheddar sauce without even telling us. When we were ready to checkout, they had lost our check, giving it to someone else. Had to get up and ask for refills. I wouldnt waste my time there again. We werent even offered a discount for everything we went through. Just a sad apology by the manager explaining it was just "busy" today, when after reading the reviews, its clearly an everyday thing.

We had 2 people and we were seated rather quickly. The waiter was attentive and made sure we had everything before leaving. It was good that he checked up on us every couple minutes or so. We only had to wait about 15 minutes for the food, there was 4 dishes being prepared. The food was pretty good, especially their buttermilk pancakes, which are very fluffy and you can eat them like they dont exist. After we finished, our waiter brought us boxes to store our leftovers without us asking for them, which was pretty generous. Then, we were told to go up front and pay the bill afterwards.

1 star because the food was decent and waitress was kind, although she did leave us hanging with no refills on our drinks. 2 of the 4 of us had no beverage the majority of our meal, the glasses were clearly placed at the end of the table to be seen a refill was needed but didnt get one until she finally came back for the second time as we had to ask. Also, our food was reached over a few times, didnt think that shouldve happened. Not thrilled and dont plan on returning ..food and service wasnt good enough. But to each their own.

I called them to place a call-in order and the line was busy, for an hour and twenty minutes. Waited 30 minutes and called back but then the the phone rang and rang, finally hanging up on me. Last week I went there because I wanted to make a call-in order and the line was busy. I finally went in there and they had one customer in the whole place. I said he should check the phone, to which h said "oh yeah" then laughed and hung up the phone. This time I am not giving them my business, or ever again.

Stopped in for the first time ever on my daughters birthday, shes 4 and wanted pancakes for lunch. Signs in lobby/waiting area stated they were under construction. We were seated quickly in a small booth, 6 people in our party. Booth was cramped and located towards the back. Service was mid grade and food wasnt all that great for the price but the worst part was the bugs. Knats, lots of flying knats, swatting at bugs while eating is not an experience I enjoy if Im eating indoors.

This was a horrible experience I have never been to an IHOP before tonight but I can say you should probably clean your tables and sweep up the huge noticeable things on the floor then having to repeat yourself three times on everything to having everything still come out wrong I will not be returning to this IHOP or any of them then when I asked for dressing and other toppings for my side salad they were very rude I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Great location and staff. Food was good and served quickly. My only problem was I had called ahead due to some questions I had about the kids eat free promotion. Was told that all children eat free period. Seeing how I have four children that was a selling point for me. Once we received the bill I quickly found out the its one free child meal for every adult mall (which is the norm). However if I would have known this ahead of time I would have went elsewhere!

The food was great! But the restaurant smelled like fish. It was distracting and made it very difficult to eat. Additionally, the service started out great, but ended up lackluster. In the end, we werent even given our check and had to go up to the counter to request it. This hasnt been the norm at other IHOPs Ive visited; the surrounding tables all were brought their checks during this visit, so I think we were forgotten.

The place had a terrible smell, and when our food cane the was a bug in my moms drink, my sisters butter container had old strawberry topping on the lid, and when we asked for a new one the man looks at it and said "The butter fine to you want it" my sister said "no, can I have a new one" and he said "oh, you o e want one that looks clean" I get sick right after we left. Not good at all I will not be back.

After sitting for 15 minutes in a section to the right while everyone else was to the left, we still didnt get waited on. We figured out it was because we brought in a Service Dog with us. There was 2 servers rolling silverware back where we were sitting. I asked them what the specials were? Five minutes later, we got up and left. I will never go back and Im reporting them to the Disability Association..

Great for a midnight snack, some of the jolly-eat staff Ive ever seen. Know they take care of some of the weirdest customers at night, but by the smile on their faces youd never tell. If youre looking for something not on the menu, theyll do what they can to try and make it for you! Have become a monthly regular, and will continue to make my late night runs here. Keep it up, you ARE appreciated!

I went here at 2:50am walked in to be seated wasnt no one at the front to greet me nor seat me they all was in the kitchen making orders three different people came out to say theyll be right out to seat me 10 minutes passed before i was seated made order another 10 minutes to get my food, didnt get everything i order i was almost done eating when the rest came out sooo unsatisfied

Do not ever go here! Horrible experience. In the end I didnt eat. Sent food back6x and have up. Waiter was texting while taking our order, no wonder it was wrong. See through yoga pants are inappropriate. The need to was tables before seating people. Stop fouling around and do your job. Who was the manager? Never came by even with all the messing up. Will never return.

Worst experience Ive ever had. My boyfriend and I go there all the time. Server was rude and when I went to check out would not give me my receipt when I paid with a card. I had 35 dollars, our ticket was 17.57 I out a four dollar tip so it came out to 21.57. When I went to check my card my balance was zero. I will never be back.

Ordered b & g with side for carryout. I was given no plastic ware. I was given two spoons, no fork or knife. And when asked for salt and pepper packets I was given a small cup of salt and pepper. I get too work. (Two blocks travel from restaurant) and the gravy was ice cold. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
