We walked in and I asked the hostess how long the wait and she said five minutes. OK, that sounds good so we waited. Then in about three minutes the hostess calls us, our table is ready. We sat down table 42. A menu was given to us. After looking at the menu and decided what to eat, we put the menus down. The restaurant had people but there were few tables empty. Fine. So, we waited and waited and waited. No one offered us anything, not even water. We saw a towards the front of the restaurant leave. Red flag number two. Still waiting. Now we are feeling neglected, should we leave? We passed several restaurants including Golden Coral. Hmmmm.... Still waiting... Until a waiter observes that we are not taken care of and ask, has anyone offered water, coffee??? We said no. We have been waiting for a while. So the waiter finds the waitress for our table and we are thankful for him being observant. Finally, the waitress comes over and asks what we would like to drink. We said, coffee and water. OK. So we waited. We received our drinks. She asked if we would like to order now and we said, we are hungry. She our orders. The orders came back. Mine was good a vegetarian omelette and it was good. My husbands was a country chicken steak with sunny up eggs. The gravy looked did look like gravy. It looked more like scraped from what left over in the pan. It stringing and barely any gravy and the sunny side eggs was not thoroughly cooked. My husband lost his appetite.

Ill first say that I enjoy leaving great reviews and appreciate good service, unfortunately this location was barely worth a one. They were advertising the cheeseburger sliders when we walked in and had them on the kids menu, but they were out of them. My son switched to the sampler appetizer and then found out they were out of one of three of those items as well, the onion rings. The chicken strips tasted like leftover grocery store brand frozen strips. A minor inconvenience, not a big deal but then the toast on the BLT was like a brick, and they were out of mayonnaise. They made an attempt to correct the toast but we received what was only slightly better and still very dry. But what earns a one is the fact that the waiters completely avoided us and never apologized or offered to credit the meal, just acted like nothing was wrong..no courtesy whatsoever. We saw what appeared to be a manager wandering around the restaurant but never stop by to apologize or make an attempt to help. Were they too busy? I would say it was at about a 10th of capacity while we were there, but at normal "suppertime" hours. We had to ask for refills and eventually show up at the cashier to get the bill. I hope they were just having a bad night, but we witnessed that we were definitely not the only ones having a rough experience.

First you are busy and obviously making money please fix up your booths!! I am NOT a large person I should not sink to the floor when I sit down. It surprised me with that feeling of falling when I should be sitting. People want to be comfortable. The waitress even commented on how bad the seats in the restaurant need work. Now for the rest. . . You were slammed we came in at the end of the rush around 2pm but... That is how restaurants are in a tourist area. It seemed as though the staff either didnt give a $h*% or didnt have a clue why they were being paid. Waited over 15 min after being seated to be acknowledged. I had seen our waiter in the dish area chitty chatting before he even came over to us. We were seated outside the door so I could see in. I felt like I had to fight to get a cup of coffee (he gave us a empty pitcher) or more that two sugar packs from him no sugar in the table holder and no attempt to fill it. I said "excuse me" several times loudly to be completely ignored.Hostess was nice, Food tasted good. Just really disappointed in the condition of the place and the staff.

Worst experience in a restaurant I have had in years! Seated quickly. But then again it was a quiet night. The waitress came over and told us that she was sorry but she couldnt take our order yet because she has a party of 11 and their food had just come up. She went to serve them while my wife and I sat there completely stunned. The manager moped around and ignored everything and everybody around him. The staff was fighting with each other. Our server apologized repeatedly for ignoring us. 40 minutes later we got our food. My potato soup had some overcooked potatoes in it and some raw. It had obviously been frozen and only partially thawed in the microwave. The price of the food was outrageous. Dont even think about stopping here! Just go on down the road and eat at Freds Chicken and Waffles or at Waffle House. At least you know what you will get there and the price is decent! This place was horrible!

We are tourist traveling through the great state of Florida on our way back to Nashville TN. We visit IHOP quite frequently in our area. The TN I Hop is definitely one that offers service to their customers. However, this location is a Polor Opposite. The grill was dirty so each time my daughter received hash browns they were burned dark black brown. My husband and I ordered an omelette that we were splitting and the server after delivering the food finally gave us a plate to separate the food. A 8 minute wait. In Tennessee when you order a split plate it is served that way from. the kitchen. We spoke to the GM on duty but he was no help at all. My husband is retired from the USAF and they refused to give a discount although in Tennessee they honor our servicemen on a daily basis. This place needs an Undercover Boss to come and inspect it Bette Cassida
