Me and my wife use to love this location for breakfast. Unfortunately we had the worst food and service their Saturday. No one seemed to care how bad our food was over cookes. My over easy eggs we cooked fully and completely burned on the bottom. Bacon was so bad it was black. Wifes hash browns we could put a fork in it and lift the whole order up together. They guy we tried to tell completely blew us off... hopefully they get their stuff together but were just switch our weekly breakfast around to another restaurant

The last few times I have been to this location the wait has been outrageous. I have waited over 10minutes just to get acknowledged for a name to seat me. My fruit must have been cut next to an onion as it tasted bitter and exactly like onions. Several staff members walked past me and told me one moment. No one would assist me because it was "not their job." My last meal was not very warm or flavorful either. Just average. Very disappointed in the service and quality of my experiences lately.

The service was good, food was good but it was so cold everyone around us was complaining. They were busy and I hope this wasnt a way to get people to leave sooner than they would have if it was comfortable. Could not use Samsung pay. I was told their registers werent set up for that. As I was trying to pay one of our party came to me a said she couldnt use the bathroom it was not clean and none of the stalls had toilet paper. We will have to try again because todays visit could have been better!

This location is consistently poor with regard to wait time for food. If you listen, you hear the servers apologizing to guests constantly, and comping food due to poor service and excessive wait times. The excuse is always the same. "We have some new cooks in the back". Its time to ramp up the management and/or pay cooks a living wage so you get the longevity and performance necessary to run a competitive business. This location really does tarnish the franchise brand and Im never going back.

Food was okay but the food was UNGODLY SLOW!! We waited at our table for 30 minutes before our order was taken and then another 25-30 minutes for our food to be served. I dismissed this the first time saying it was a busy Sunday but then we went back a couple months later on a different morning and it was the same disaster! I would recommend taking your business elsewhere...unless you have like 1:30-2 hours for breakfast!!

What an obamination. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be taken, after that they proceeded to give me a wrong order, after another 20 minutes she brought me a grilled cheese except it was not grilled but alas, a cheese sandwiches with 5 poorly microwaved pieces of cheese, after another 10 minutes she comes back with my grilled cheese that now looks like soup.

Just visited for lunch, Ordered the Broasted Chicken with sides, it was delicious! For dessert we shared a slice of Peanut Butter pie! It too was amazing! Our waitress Vicki couldnt have been any better! 5* all the way!

Great food, great prices. But it was really cold in there, asked the manager to turn up the heat and he was very rude about it. Never did get warm. And most people were eating with their coats on.
