Very overpriced for what it is, a simple Mexican restaurant. Items are $1-$2 more than comparable restaurants, and if you want to substitute, they charge. Want to substitute guacamole for sour cream: $1. Want to substitute sour cream for guacamole: $1. A thimblefull of diced tomatoes on a taco: $1. And the 3 of the last 4 times Ive been there theyve forgotten something that comes with the item (beans, guacamole, and sauce), then they put it on the bill as an extra. Me: Id like the chicken burrito please. Waitress: Ok, the grilled chicken burrito. Later Me: Why is the burrito $2 more than on the menu? Waitress: Because you ordered the grilled chicken instead of the shredded chicken. This place is within walking distance, but there are way too many Mexican restaurants in the area.

Been a regular to this and the Daholega rest. for a while, now. Came to the Thompson bridge location today at 445 and was ignored until the 5pm server came in. The chip guy did his job, but we didnt have any drinks, menus, or silverware until our drinks were delivered at around 510. There were several servers that walked by our table ignoring that we were there. I will not return to this location for awhile. Ive spent hundreds of dollars as a customer and its been a long time since Ive been this disappointed in a resteraunt that Ive recommended to friends and family.

Horrible service!! 1:00 on a Tuesday afternoon. The waitresses way of checking on us was peeking around the corner then going outside with her friends. We had to get up and find her for our check. Found all 3 servers sitting at the bar on their phones and the manager sitting nearby rolling silverware. When she met us at the register with our check she tried to tell us it was customary to go to the register and ask for the check. She should have asked for s tip because she didnt get one. The food was good but the work ethic of its employees will ruin its reputation.

Saw a cool Bentley in the parking lot. <- totally unrelated. The services and food is always amazing. Even when me and my finances go in for margaritas alone the waitress is constantly making sure everything is alright. All of the servers are personal and very polite. Not to mention the food is to die for. Probably the most amazing Mexican food next to La Parilla. 5 stars easy. Dont take the bad reviews to heart, try it for yourself. I promise you wont be disappointed

Was in this restaurant last night and watched the MANAGER/OWNER, Tino, throw food at a waitress. She had been asked by a customer to let the kitchen staff know they had forgotten lettuce on a particular dish. Tino, when asked for the lettuce, proceeded to throw lettuce in the waitress face! Why would ANYONE want to eat in a place that treats their employees in this manner! I, personally, will NEVER go in this place again...EVER

The service was slow. The food did not come out as menu advertised. The manager said he was going to fix the problem. We were charged twice as much as advertised menu item after the problem was fixed? Proportions half the size of El Sombrero.

The waitress had no clue what she was doing, brought us the wrong food. The food we ordered and finally ate was great. Charged us the wrong amount, had to get manager to fix our ticket.
