I am stuck at work for 12 hours a day all weekend and I cannot leave. This is one of two places that my work is in delivery range of. I wish it was someone else. I love their food. Its everything ameri-chinese should be. The delivery service, however, is horrible. I placed an order on the phone and was answered by an irritated old Asian mans voice who snapped at me the entire time I was ordering. He then made snide comments about how much food I was ordering, and as someone who suffers from anorexia, that really messed with my head. I needed food for the rest of the day or else I wasnt going to eat. When I told him my location, he started actually yelling at me about how he cant come in because of the security guard (thats me). When giving him my card information, he was obviously not paying attention because he couldnt hear what I was saying. Four. Times. I almost just hung up the phone I was so upset but I wouldnt have eaten otherwise. Needless to say, I wont order delivery again.

This is, hands down, the worst Chinese food in Gainesville. How they are still in business, I will never understand. Maybe they are paying friends to write reviews on Google? Check the Yelp reviews before spending your money here. Nasty food, slack service. Oriental Garden or even Wangs beats this place. PS , if you ignore the reviews and go anyway , go ahead and get the fried rice. Youll love it. #rolleyes. And by the way, that review that is so glowing thats from five years ago, it was owned by someone else. It used to be good. Long time ago

First off when I call up there I get a little girl on the phone who doesnt know what she is talking about. She was rude and had no customer service. When I ask for aa someone else or a manager she says there is no manager right now. So when she finally gets me someone else the guy I talked to was rude with me also. I will advice anyone NOT to go up there. Family owned my ass!!! Get your customer service skills up Su Garden. By the way found a roach in my fried rice last time I order delivery.

They have screwed up the order twice!! We order take out from them a lot. In October they deliver the wrong meal. Somebodys elses meal. So they told us to keep the meal. And they would bring our order the right one to us. So we had to wait some more. And today we ordered from them. We where missing something. So we went back and got it. And it looked like it was less than what she paid for. Never again I will order from them! Horrible customer service! And food was okay. Not satisfied!

This place is clean and always accommodating in seating us or changing a menu item (if we have a picky eater). Also, Ive never had to ask for a refill or anything really. Great service! The food is very good. The prices are somewhat high, however, for the amount of food served per meal, I think it is fair. My reccommendation is to share a meal with someone...they are large enough OR eat half and take leftovers. If you think of it as two meals then it is well worth the $.

This place has decent food but has become majorly greedy over the years...I called to make a delivery order as I always do and was informed that there was now a $25 minimum to delivery orders...I am a single man, thats absurd. I always tip the drivers well, even though the last time I ordered I did notice that they automatically added about $5 for a to go charge.....they must really be hurting for money...

I have ordered from this Chinese restaurant dozens of times, delivery was perfect and delivery men were spot on with manners and speed. I find the food to be an exquisite example of what a Chinese cuisine should be when prepared by a local restaurant. I would like to highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Chinese food, Speedy Delivery, and nice people!

I was trying to order and get it picked up. I asked the man who answered the phone about their menu and he said "well why dont you look up some other Chinese restaurant, find out what you like and call me back because I have over 200 foods here and I dont have time to read it all to you." Never ever coming back here to eat again thanks to their attitude.

I have never had bad service before tonight but I ordered 3 entrees and the order was repeated to me. I called because I was missing an entree and although I wasnt charged the staff and manager argued with me and wanted to charge me for their mistake. Unacceptable and I will not return. Happy Family on limestone cost less and taste better.

Mongolian Beef = Shoe Leather. Owner not open to the idea that anything could not be perfect. Unusual proprietor. Had one bite, and because of such, gave me 3 egg rolls, disposed of Mongolian Beef, and charged me $10. Will not return. Not friendly and argumentative.

Excellent food, good variety of options on the menu including Japanese fare & appetizers/entrees spanning several decades. Great service-very friendly and reasonably priced-lots of food for your money-hardly ever crowded-best oriental fare in the area!!

My favorite Chinese place in the whole world! I moved away and cant find anything that compares to the quality of their food. When I come in town to visit I always have to go to sun garden at least once! Best Chinese food you can get!

Ordered mongolian beef. It was absolutely disgusting. I didnt even eat it. Not only was it nasty it took over an hour and a half to get here. Will never order from there again. waste of money!
